  • Great option in a warm-up, as an active rest, or as an activation into another athletic development exercise.
    Stay on your toes as much as possible,
    Try to randomize the exercise,
    Feel free to add more points to hop in different directions,
    Add variation in elevation to hop onto.
    All this builds "proprioception" - the sense of your body and movement within space.
