Thank you Jessica…. I just did your 10 minute workout… I am 66 going on 26 lol Lately I notice my legs are tired, my muscles are sore achy breaky … I usually do 10000 steps a day at work.. I am looking for the perfect workout (10min) to try to take away tired legs … Thank you ☘️

I really didn’t realize how out of tune I am with my body. I am committed to showing up from here on out! I’m definitely gonna have to stick with these shorter ones for a lil bit. I haven’t done anything like this since high school lol!!!
I'm so afraid I'm doing everything wrong: I have anterior pelvic tilt and rounded shoulders, so I'm not even sure I'm doing this right, and I'm shaking while doing some of the exercises, not being able to keep everything still. Does it have sense to continue doing this even though I can't keep everything still? Thank You for all this content. :)
Hello Jessica I have often heard that those individuals who are complete beginners should start by in-person lessons because it’s safer. Is this true? I would love to know your opinion. Thanks
I think that's a great option for those who have access to good instructors and can afford it! For those who don't have those options there are some really good online and virtual resources available :).

i have the same problem, i think doing it more will help over time and we’ll be less shaky as we build strength

Not all of them but many are! I have quite a few workouts, resources and guides explaining what precautions people with prolapse should watch for.
