Great Video. Not too much Input like overstimulating music, helpful commentary and a good set of exercises, especially for people like me with an injured knee who can't do much squats. I didn't have much time today for a long glute workout session either, but those 10 minutes did it for me. Saved, will come back! Thank you.❤

That was pretty good.
I've been doing bridges for quite a few years, I don't know whether I've lost strength, because I am now getting a lot of pain in the glutes when I'm holding bridge. The glutes feel like they're cramping. I do have fatigue and other health issues, so I'm not that fit (though the fittest I've ever been, hated exercise when I was younger), but this pain is more recent and hurts.
