@@emillerner6362 hey i think it shouldnt be 8.0 cause every match a t55 comes out and kills you instantly with his apdsfs or a centauro kills you from 3000 meters with his thermal optics. t54e1 has only one thing and its autoloader.
@@bedrunn yeah anything does from APDS t this br. T54e1 has the heat that pens anything with 5 seconds reload which makes it unique and fun to play.

Man this thing back on release was beastly, I don't think in the first month I had a game with it in RB under 8 kills. IMHO the best ammo load is 18 AP, 9 HEAT, and 9 APDS, you have the reload rate to load any shell for the situation instead of just relying on one.

Back after buying this bad boi. Got my first nuke(buy this tank, its fun AF) that i was actually able to call in and drop. 2nd game,and on advance to the rhine(speak of the devil for sure). At 8.3 and lower games this tank is a fucking monster. well worth buying if you have at least 7.0 USA tanks. I have gotten to play the t54e1 on my buddies account helping him get SL. and from that first impression of it being "okay but not enough to justify the price tag" was way wrong, now after buying for my account for full price missing the discount ofc, it seems to be an unstoppable monster. if youre looking for a USA premium tank to buy that is higher br, this is a well worth it purchase. hey Phly, my favorite color is purple too! it's neat though because i have something messed up ocularly so purples appear orangish to me, so theoretically I've never even seen purple! i guess i just like orange if you get technical lol

I think they should move this tank down to 7.7, even though it would be good for 7.7. I think 8.3 tanks are just too much better than this tank. Also, i think it would be comparable with the british 7.7 tanks because it does not have a stabilizer. It would be better than most 7.7 tanks and possibly overpowered in a downtiered game, but until they decompress the game, i think 8.0 is a bad br because the difference between 8.0 and 8.3 is so much more than 8.0 and 7.7.
Even at 7.7 you’ll see 8.7 so you should get used to 8.3s. It can take out 8.3 tanks fairly well. It’s a good tank for an 8.0 probably better than T95E1

This tanks much better with the British Ridged round not that Heat round... It has like 20-30mm less pen but has much faster velocity and is basically point click!
