The 30sec break after every 5min is actually so good and has so many pros. 1. You can have a break and relax a bit, 2. It tells you exactly how much workout you have left.

I barely did the 17:21 - 18:05 as a beginner it was really hard.
I agree. I feel like my technique is really bad for that one too

@@alisstg yes! I did the challenge for two weeks, the second using weights and I noticed some changes, specially in my things and waist.
Loved it so much !! Im ready to do the last day tomorrow 😊 hope you continue with these challenges, they are great and motivating😊

This workout is great! Exactly what I needed. But I found difficult enjoying exercising when ads randomly appeared... Coild you please move it a little bit? When exercise ends or when I have a little break. Please ❤

god, i thought its gonna be easy, but god NO, it feels hot all mybody is burning, my tip concentrate in breathing and forcing every muscle in each exercise, so good, recommended guys! ;)

I work from home like 8 hours a day, so I spend a lot of time on my chair. I do these exercises after I finish and omg I feel so relieved. Thanks so much ❤❤❤
Really enjoy your workouts, the placing and amount of ads is becoming VERY annoying tho. Would be great also if you have a change within one circle of 45 seconds to have a sound in the middle as well, I keep missing it.
Is it compulsory to do these excercise in morning or in evening or any time and which time is perfect and after eating or before eating.
Day 6 ✨ I started out discouraged but ended up very relaxed and with less back pain 🥹
