When adding a BR1 Mini 5G to a Max Transit Duo and then connecting via Synergy mode - which router should be the one in control? The BR1 mini is newer but the Max Transit Duo has the Wifi, etc.
Hello! Really good question, so you would want the MAX Transit Duo to be the Synergy controller. That way you can manage/change the wifi settings from one dashboard! If you have any other questions, reach out to us via email and we'll be happy to help! Thank you!
One of the problems I have with these routers is the starting up time to get connected to the Network. How fast is this one since you connect to the power supply until it gets connected to LTE/5G?
So, the startup time is very similar between models, but should only take 2-3 minutes before you have an active connection. If you have any other questions about the new BR1 Mini 5G or any of our other products, reach out to us via email at info@mobilemusthave.com and we'll be happy to help! Thank you and safe travels!
Note this is highly dependent on your settings. Auto can take up to 2-3 minutes but if you hard set your network settings this will be closer to 60 seconds.

Thanks for the update/video. Which 11:1 antenna do you recommend? I'm currently using a Poynting 7:1 with a Max Transit Duo.

This video is way too techy. Really into the weeds. Not for the lay person.
