We picked it up a couple of weeks ago, and I ordered the R300 data plan on Friday. Oddly enough, the activation notification email arrive WHILE I was watching this video! Currently only using the stub antennas, because I want to make sure everything works perfectly before drilling holes in the double-walled fiberglass trailer! The mini router without a roof antenna would be a great choice if your in good cell areas. Just need this router which is entry level if you want to step up and out of cheap hotspots. Me and my wife both work and are on zoom calls a few times a day. We plan to be in the mountains. We already have starlink. Is the speed demon good enough for stable connection? Since we can bond starlink and the 1 cellular? In the speed demon,you can have 2 SIM cards. Is the speed fusion tech able to connect to the other cellular connection or the first goes out?
Speed demon is a really great option with Starlink. SpeedFusion can be used to bond both a cellular connection and Starlink, if one of them drops off the other one will still be running. It really increases the stability of the internet!

i find my br1 mini hw1 4g modem performs very poorly compared to tethering my modern mobile phone via rj45. i guess the category modem is just very low ? even the 2ghz wifi performs poorly compares to the phones 2ghz wifi on tether. just too old i guess? will new hw help
