actually feeling like this is going to happen very soon, they have Higatchan at an incredible rating in Smashmate of 2300 which is as good as Gackt, Tea, and many other top players(It is online but I still think it's doable)

I cant believe how nervous Miya looks you can tell from his gameplay that yonpis pichu was in his head because Miya is not letting his opponent come to him he is just going on attack mode his defense was wide open compared to his opponent.
I’ve never seen Miya that flustered before. I think one of his best traits is positioning but it feels like he threw it out the window for whatever reason
Also Rarukun won with the Luigi fucking finally. And with Pichu doing well, we need the same for Kirby, Zelda, Mac, and Ganon

Fun fact: Miya lost to Hero main shion (separate from the ZSS player) and ended up beating Doramigi for 49th after he lost to a different G&W (Mersenne Primes).
To take down the best and lose to another is heartbreaking
as someone who mains both rats pichu gnw isn’t as horrible as most put it out to be. he can move around rlly quickly around gnw’s hit boxes, he can murder gnw quickly, fsmash 2 frames. it’s still losing but pichu has things in the matchup

I main Pichu, and I have never been able to 2-frame G&W with f-smash, so I don’t think that’s right.
Japan really has those crazy players random mid tiers like Toon Link and Pichu and making them look like High Tiers

12:01 up tilt into thunder should be true at around that percent but only if you get the late (front) hit of it. maybe he didn't full-hop? or idk could've been weight or percent or smth.
(edit) like at 15:34 i think it still would've connected on DI out, since up tilt sorta sends them inward and thunder is surprisingly wide.

Pichu probably has a better matchup vs game and watch becayse they rely less on their projectiles and have higher kill power. Not that's it's good, but vetter than pikachu maybe?
Yea being quicker and having stronger combos / kill power definitely makes this closer
