Invest in the darwin grip so you don't break your back. Everyone has noticed its a bit awkward to use the multi tool edger

Can I ask the advantage of the three blade over two with regard to the stick edger...I use ego in my business also though I haven't tried that blade on my edger yet

I find that with the three blade it stays in the grove being cut and it doesn’t bounce out. I have more control basically.

Do you know on average how long a 5.0 battery last you with the edger?

Hi, not exactly sure with just the edger. With the multi tool doing edging and whipper sniping on a maintained lawn I generally get an hour and half, which is about 3 600 square metre properties, I can get 2.5-3 hours with the hedger attachment on maintained hedges.
It’s all about the load that is put on the battery if the property is maintained you will get great battery life on over grown/ thick/ wet then they tend to chew the battery.
Thank you for your question, I have been meaning to try and work out the life of batteries on different applications, the hardest part is I’m never doing one job long enough.
For our business I have 4x5amp 7x7.5amp 2x10amp and 1x2.5

Hi Chris, all jobs are charged by the hour, plus green waste removal and if I have to buy materials, eg mulch, fertiliser plants.
Our hourly rate at the moment is $165 for me plus 1 and $225 for me plus two staff.
It is the best way to provide higher quality service.
