- This is a quick cold start exhaust clip of the 1969 Mustang Boss 429. This car has been sitting in a museum for more than 20 years. The garage doesn't provide the best acoustics but it's better than nothing! Enjoy!

1969 Ford Mustang boss 429 driving review - ua-cam.com/video/ivsOPTA1xOo/v-deo.html
I love how this guy casually says, "I also have a 63...it's a split window". My Hero.
Dude, that sounds SICK on startup... let's see a test drive...
i'll have one soon!
my favorite part is at 3:01 when he awakens the beast
Yes!!
I read this comment while listening to the roar and it really did give me goosebumps
Well there’s my motivation for the day. Back to Warrior Pro Trading School to make so great trades so I can get a shotgun mustang of my own
yes!
For $3,600? Any update on your trading progress? That price doesn’t seem worth the investment.
@@nowthatsfunny123 everything you need to be successful is on the internet for free. Ross has lots of videos explaining important concepts, but there are other channels as well with great tips. If you check the daytrading subreddit, they've got a few book lists on there that are worth looking through. Otherwise, you learn a ton by gaining/losing money in the market. I'm pretty sure that 3.6k gives you access to their trading software (you can just paper trade on TDA for free until you're ready to use money), and a chat room with other people trying to beat the market. Not worth it imo, nothing against Ross.
That startup... music to my ears...
Thank you!!
Thats about a quarter of a million dollars right there
1969 Boss 429. Price now these days 375k-1m depending on milege, paint code, condition, how original it is,and what type of transmission and so fourth
Same goes for Shelby American Co.
65-70 for
Mustangs
Torinos & gran torinos
Cobra
Holy smokes. The sound of they revs 😱
yes!!
Ross love the views of the gear shifts! Takes me back to when I learned how to drive!! Love your cars; they're awesome!!
thank you!
@TireKickers-RossCameron A VERY GOOD FRIEND OF MINE JUST SOLD HIS GRABBER BLUE BOSS 429 WITH 21 THOUSAND ORIGINAL MILES AND HE GOT 315GRAND AND THE BEST PART HE PAYED 5 GRAND FOR THE CAR.
Lucky bastard, nice one. I got months till mines done and while I love the big blocks, I’m glad mine has the 302 simply for cost and parts availability.
I know way more bout boss 429s than trading at the moment. You just became my favorite trader of all time
lol thank you!!
Bro you have a sick collection of cars. Good eye and ear on your selection.
thank you
OH MY GOD... THAT SOUND! 🥵
It’s a beast
All I can say is oh my God. Love it Ross.
thank you Mark!!
Thanks for the start, but I'd really like to hear it reve a little! Chances are I will never have the money to buy one of those so it is nice to enjoy what other people have. I feel like people have a duty to keep them restored and share them with the world. It's a treeasure and a duty.
At first I thought you were just the collections caretaker/mechanic or something, you’re so down to earth I didn’t think they could be yours! Legendary mustang right there. Love it, and your attitude.
Thank you so much for doing these videos Ross, I can't wait until you do a build series for your new automotive shop on your property.
I remember when I was a little boy growing up in Sterling Illinois my moms younger sister bought a 1967 Red, Convertible Mustang and took me for a ride. I remember the 8 track tape player and The Beach Boys playing while we drove down Main Street with the top down on a warm summer evening. Great memories, looking forward to more videos as well as trading with you every morning. Many thanks for all you do Ross. Bradley
that's a good idea!
that is gorgeous
THanks Zaid!
Short shifters are fun for modern cars. But the longer throws are always fun.
Thank you Zach! It surpised me how short the Corvette is, but the Mustang comparatively feels like moving a stick through oatmeal. It's just hard to feel the gear as well.
Enjoy your collection Ross you deserve it..... Thanks for sharing your experience as a trader....
Thanks man!
Love it Ross! I had a 1990 GT 25th anniversary edition, not quite as good a sound as this, but I loved the sound more than anything else! Excitement every time you turn the key!
awesome!
Sounds amazing Ross! Can't wait for the next one.
thank you Jose!
@@TireKickers-RossCameron I wanted to ask you what exhaust do you have on it?
OMG Ross, my f’n hero! Love that Boss man! He trades and loves the Icon

Beautiful car. Sounds awesome. Can’t wait to see a clip of you take it fir a spin!
thank you!
Start at 3:02
If choke is working correctly , step on gas pedal three times , and crank it should like it did , do not touch pedal “ remeber choke has to be working corecly “if it does stall start cranking engine and apply pedal , no more than half a step , if tuned correctly it will start .by now you have stepped down the choke from high idle so keep feathering pedal slightly to keep running , sounds absolutely amazing , this car is not to be babied and must be driven with a lot known input !!
Great sound Ross thanks, wanted to hear Corvette as well, maybe next time. Keep the videos comming please.
This! Let’s go corvette!
i'll get that one fired up for ya!

Wow I love the car !!!! My first car was a 1990 mustang l.x. 2 door.. it was a nice car . I had actually had it almost 20 years.. . I got it in 1998 for $ 5000.00 it only had 49,000.. kms.

The 429 is my favorite muscle car for many reasons

@@cpt_fisto6810 lol no i don't drive nor own a vehicle but I do have a rusty scooter 🛴
Omg I have never learned how 2 drive a stick....I'm 56 .. great cars Ross !!!
You should go for a drive with each of those cars for midday market recap (intro), link your 2 UA-cam channel...eh! That be cool no? Keep doing what you're doing bud.
yes I will at some point!
Tire Kickers well yesterday was similar. I enjoyed it!
What a beauty
Yes!!
You have beautiful amazing cars
thank you!
Very cool I really didn’t know you were much of a car guy Ross really cool car
thanks Jake!
Maybe a Hurst shifter and kit would improve it? I've heard Ford factory shifters from that time are prone to be clumsy.
Maybe
That's awesome Ross!
Thank you!
Sounds super tame like my 1970 big block Firebird lol. Sweet car though!!
I would probably be in a much better position in my life financially if I quit buying cars. 😂
lol
Who are you? Bruce Wayne LoL nice collect Ross
lol
Hey ROSS..Love it...My first car was a Mustang...82 Mustang
awesome adam!
Ross I did not know you were a car guy, I will definitely be checking out this channel more!

I have a small mechanic shop in Houston and a great mechanic friend of mine Spends His summers in Maine. So if you're still having issues oh, he can rebuild carburetors in his sleep. I'm a student of yours I will email you with more information if you are interested
Aweosme thanks John! I have a fellow here in town working on it now
Nice gear shifter on the corvett
I love it!
Love it Bo$$ Ro$$. Subscribed and thumbed up this vid.
Thanks chris!
Wow that sounds good. Nice 4s too!
It does!
Sounds good! Nice!
thank you!
Awesome Ross!! My first truck at age 18 had a 429. Nearly killed myself. Rubber 🔥 everywhere I went!! Blasty blast!!
damn!
Sweet sound!!
Thank you!!
Nice collection . Do you buy them at the auctions , private sales or dealerships ? Which do you prefer ?
I do both, auctions can get good deals sometimes, but there is the buyers premium. for sale by owner can be a little tricky when they are far away, but I've done both. You can talk down price on a for sale by owner more than dealers for sure.
Nice collection Ross ..
THanks Nigel
Awesome toys Ross! 👌👌
thanks Rick
Nice to see someone not get stuck on one brand. Variety! 😄
it's tough cause when you find something you realy like it's hard to want to buy anything else!
can't lie , I would love to try to ride this baby . Do students have a possibility to do that? like those who are in 100k group?
Maybe!!
Ross is down to earth.
Thank you!
Monster!
thanks Ben!
very cool videos!
thanks bobby!
Sounds great - but how does it go? ... It's not too exhilarating just moving it around your garage!...
i'll get it out on the road!
That is a b.e.a.utiful car..
thank you andrew!
Wow, nice 👍
thank you!
Pretty nice..
thank you!
My first car was a 69 'Stang!!!! Nothing like that, not original. I had a 351 Windsor with a c-4 automatic with a Hurst speed shifter. I miss messing around with classics! I'm a little jealous....
awesome!!
I have a feeling some kids will see your channel and wonder what you do for a living, then get inspired to trade and invest in the markets
hope so!
Like Sheldon Cooper starting a car!
lol
Get in touch with the Hagerty UA-cam channel. They can look it over I’m sure.
Good call!
The build number should be on the Kar Kraft tag, right? Door jam?
yes it is
That baby is mean!!
it's a monster!
...can you (will you) share what you paid for this?.... and/or it's value? I love Boss Mustangs... What "Museum" was this in?
i can tell you it's insured for 300k and it was in a classic car museum in south dakota that has a huge collection of mustangs
This Beast is worth more than 175,000 dollars now!
It’s worth almost double that!
I looked at the time on my phone...,,,,4:29. Crazy
awesome
Subscribed!
Thank you!
Big block 4-speeds are not like a 5-speed. Radical cam for sure.
for sure
KOOL collection lol
thank you!
That car must get your blood rushing!
it does!
Is the SPLIT WINDOW COUPE FOR SALE
Next video we need some burn out action please 😎
haha
John Wick likes this
yes!
everything is stock, right?
I hope you’re pushing the clutch while you’re shifting those gears with the engine off?!

That is my favorite car in the the world can I have that car

First car was a 351 Cleveland

Definitely needed to use a better camera, didn’t sound that good this way
I know but checkoutba few of the other videos, better camera and mic!
Dont forget to use the highest octane fuel and without any ethanol! It will kill your fuel system and engine
Yes I do use highest octane
What kind of exhaust / mufflers you running?
My understanding is that this is stock.
