Air Fryer Fish Taco Meal Idea ~ Easy & Healthy Meal Ideas for a Balanced Lifestyle

  • In this video, I will be sharing how I put together a balanced meal with air fryer fish tacos and fruit. This meal doesn't require any cooking skills and is a great option for weeknights when you want to put together a quick and healthy meal with low effort.
    Step-by-step instructions:
    1. Preheat air fryer to 390F
    2. Air fry Kirkland Everything Seasoning Breaded Cod for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
    3. Mix together veggie slaw with Trader Joe's Cilantro Dressing.
    4. Add cooked fish and veggie slaw with dressing on Mission Carb Balance Flour Tortilla.
    5. Cut up an orange and serve on the side along with fish taco.
    I ended up having 2 of these fish tacos, which was very filling!
