  • This aromatic chicken and vegetable soup will help clear your sinuses and heal your throat and body. It is highly nutrient dense (lots of vegetables) and fresh ginger, garlic and lots of aromatic spices. You can make it AIP compliant by avoiding the seed based non AIP spices. This recipe makes 8 servings of soup. You can have it as a complete meal or add some plain white rice as a side.

Olive oil and mushrooms are AIP compliant and I have not seen any reports that suggest that they can be inflammatory. on the contrary they are very nutrient dense. If you feel eating potatoes, tomatoes and peppers does not increase your inflammation, then that may be ok. But I would still recommend avoiding them initially. Check out my video on 'What is AIP diet and who can benefit?'
