from the top 5 he can beat nobody his back is not great his legs need be bigger and need deeper abs. and his posing is not good if he need pose 3 rounds he is dying allready.
@@mikereuter614 posing is an issue thats true but i feel everyone even the ones in that top five have weaknesses like derek’s legs look undersized and oddly soft through the chest,shoulder and arms
And Nick’s quads from the front ,chest samson-lacks the conditioning and back is also underwhelming
Imo krizo’s overall flow and package is quite complete and comparable

ive only went to a commercial gym a handfull of times..BUT ive used those chest press machine that converge like you use in the opening of the video..Those things are AMAZING..Great workout for sure. Barbells are great,but you want to really work the muscle that machine will kill it..

I've always said this and I still stand behind it, Krizo is the closest thing to a 90s bodybuilder in the IFBB right now. He has more striations and vasculariity combined with mass then anyone else. The problem with Krizo is you can see is upper back and rear delts are still very shallow, plus his lats can be a lot better. The other thing is I feel like he lost some of his freak factor trying to get his conditioning where it needs to be. He doesn't have that same roundness he had and he's got to get that back. He is without a doubt a top 10 guy and if he can bring it all together he's a top 6 guy easily.
