2% Kosher salt
0.2% Cure #2
0.2% Granulated Garlic
0.2% Black Pepper
0.5% Dextrose
0.05% M2 Culture
5% Smooth red wine

It would have been nice to know what seasonings went into this, even if amounts weren't given. Just saying 'spices' is too vague.
