- In this video I will do a full review of OMCAN Netting Applicator 125mm - 5" sold by Nella Cutlery. This is amazing piece of equipment if you doing roasted meat, dry cured meats and other products. Extremely handy and very easy to use.

I'm glad it did! I could not find a single video about it and for $20 it's worth every penny! Already used it a few times and netted 2 muscles this weekend. It' so much easier then using pvc pipes, bottles or other stuff. That top cover helps so much to apply the net, grab one!

@@westcoastcharcuterie by the way is the netting made of 100% cotton or some rubberized material..if you happen to know that is...just wondering.thx for another great vid!
@@SS-pi2yi this is just cotton/rubber netting. It's elastic, so it stretches easily and keeps muscles in shape. Also it helps while drying to make more even moisture loss on your product by applying tension all over the product, resulting more even drying and keeping it in shape 👌
