I swear… this is the most most tremendous workout ever.. I can’t believe it .. I m doing it for every single day for almost 7 days & when I look myself into the mirror, I can see greatest & drastic results !! Today I can’t stop myself to comment & honestly speaking this is the first time that I have commented in any video on UA-cam ever !!

I took 2 breaks in between to finish this.. It looks so easy but after 10 min one can understand that It's not that easy. I stopped not bcz of tiredness, bcz I was feeling pain on my belly and sides

i have been doing this workout since 3 weeks....and now my collar bones are slightly visible....and also my belly is getting thinner.....i lost 2 kg within 3 weeks.....😄
Current weight 68kg target 52kg Day 01:🔋 did it in 10 minute intervals but completed it.. Day 02: Went on a walking tiresome trip so couldn’t do it 🪫 Day 03: first 10 mins and a break and rest of the 17 mins done. 🔋 Day 04: did the whole 27 mins in a stretch. Didn’t take any rest in between. Feels like an achievement. Towards the end of the Zumba i felt weak but it’s fine🔋. Day 05: did 14 mins in the morning. Later in the evening did the whole 27 minutes.🔋 Day 06: did the whole 27 min… so tired…🔋 Day 07: Did it 🔋 Day 08: First day of my period. Even though, I did it gurl. Can see me getting those curves back.🔋 Day 09: I got fever. But didn’t stop myself from doing this. my arm fat has burnt a lot. thanks emma.. 🔋

I can't believe within 8 days i lost 3lbs well with eating a balance diet as well that is but I am grateful for this workout thank you. Today is my 13th days of workout, sugar level drop a bit including some stitches in my side anytime i do the workout but i continue until its gone and its honestly worth it, just finish and drinking some water

ضليت شهر اتمرن فقط من خلال هاد الفيديو والنتيجة كانت من اول اسبوع اكثر من رائعة طبعا مع اتباع حميه غذائية نزلت ١٥ كيلو
كل يوم اتمرن اول اسبوع كنت بس احسن عشر دقايق الى 15دقيقة الاسبوع التاني ااقدر طول اكتر الاسبوع الثالث صرت خلص الفيديو بكل رياحة وطلع ع تمارين غيرو😂
امانه نقصتي على هاذا التمرين يارب تفيديني توي اول يوم اسوي رياضه
الفديو عليه مشاهدات عاليه لا تستهينو فيه الاستمرار اهم شي بنات مو شرط نكمل المقطع 😢

I got 8 min in and, I lowered the speed.
My watch said great pace and then congratulated me on a good walk. I was cramping. Ill see how long I can push it tomorrow. 😊

I can't believe within 8 days i lost 3lbs well with eating a balance diet as well that is but I am grateful for this workout thank you. Today is my 13th days of workout, sugar level drop a bit including some stitches in my side anytime i do the workout but i continue until its gone and its honestly worth it, just finish and drinking some water

15 mins into it i tot my heart would burst out from my chest but i kept on and finished it. I felt like a warrior when i finished! Great fun

💫اليوم الثاني ما سويت من الفيديو لكن ركضت 30 لفة في السطح و عملت شوية بوكسينك.
💫اليوم الثالث ركضت 44 لفة في السطح و سويت نفس التوقيت 8:45 لان اني ركضت بعدين اجيت سويت الفيديو.. احس بديت اشوف تطور.

💫اليوم الرابع 10:00 كليتي موتتني وجع ما كدرت اكمل ،بس المهم تقدمت اكثر من قبل.
