I am a fatty and everyone says that to me, even my family members. So, I am doing this to lose my weight but I have to make sure no on sees me do this otherwise they will tease me. I did many exercises in my past but I was never able to keep consistency. I am going to write my experience daily to lose my weight : *Measurements* Height: 153 cm or 5'0 Feet Weight: 52 kg or 114.64 pounds Waist: 34 CM *Day 1*: I did the whole 30 minutes exercise. In the end, the right side of my stomach was aching but I guess it's a pretty good start. But the fact, I ate a burger in the evening😞. So, I am gonna make sure I do not eat any junk food now. *Day 2*: I did 22 minutes exercise in the evening as I was not able to do it in morning. It was easy today as compared to yesterday, but my shoulder were aching too much as a result of yesterday's exercise. But whatever, I am going to continue this. *Day 3* : I did the whole exercise today. And it was pretty easy to do today . Even my body parts were not aching today comparatively. I will continue thisss.... 🤝 Day 4: I only did 16 minutes exercise today but it was painful as compared to yesterday. My stomach was aching very much. I am not going to write here any more.. But yeah I am still doing this exercise... And I can already see the change in my body!!! Weight after 2 weeks: 49 kg P. S: If anyone can please give me a proper diet plan for weight loss, Please give me as I can't go to a proper dietitian. I am a pure vegetarian ( Don't eat egg too). And sorry if I wrote anything wrong, English isn't my first language.

I mean mera height 5'3 hai weight 65 and breat 36 sb bolte h moti ho rhi h exercise kiya karo aur mujhe bhi feel hota h ki suru krna parega but Mai itni moti to nhi dikhti aap kaise dikh skti ho may be apke ghar me sb slim ho aur aap bhi puri tarah se slim hona chahti ho but fatty to nhi ho skti I guess

Aur gharwaale, jaisa apne kaha, vo nhi dekhte ki kya bol rhe hai, just body shaming per utar aate hai ki itni moti ho rhi hai khana kam khaya kar vgera... Toh main khud hi slim hona chahti hu🙂 Btw, thanks for the concern 🎀

Thank you! It was great!! It is my first day, when I doing exercise with UA-cam!!! But there were any other experiences, but it wasn't in morning and wasn't periodical!!! So, I think, that I can do it every morning, besides the day when I am working, but who knows, maybe I will do it that days too!!! I think its a bit hard workout for beginner, I wasn’t able to keep up with new movement coming up each time and couldn’t reach the same movement speed at all , but seeing myself dancing and how beautiful I look, makes me realised that I want to keep up and try again 😀
