You are doing some incredible things man! It's understandable that with that level of training, your body and mental health will be having some set backs. Please know that the Brisbane tricking community will be here and back you in any possible way we can! We love you and wana make sure you take care of yourself! THEN you can destroy the sessions with you unreal power!
Can relate to the stubbornness of training when probs could be resting. Always justify it with the philosophy of if I can do it when I feel like shit then it should be easy when I feel better but not sure if it's super logical. Glad you still pulled through and posted
100% relate to this as well. I genuinely do the same thing with my tricking as well when it comes to justifying performing moves when feeling like crap that I'll be able to ace them when feeling on form 🤣 In some ways it works out and gives a confidence boost that my awareness and understanding of the move must be decent. Realistically rest is important, sometimes you need those chill days to reset everything - short term loss but long-term gain.

I do this all the time and just train too hard until I burnout and get sick or injured
