Bold of you to assume I can deadlift 225 kilos lmao
Lmao
this is actually my current max exactly.... soulcrushing
@@ThunderbackOG shouldn't be. That's a lot
Lmao.. for real 😂😂
My exact sentiment 😂😂
He is getting dangerously close to my laterale raise warmup!
Dude that is my pinky curl 4 x 10 weight
@@ryanm6139 dude that is my oap added weight
One of the few times Lasha has shown any form of struggle.
Right lol all his previous records were like a rpe 7 this was a 9 maybe. Remarkable.
Not sure he struggled with the weight. It looked more of a bobble on his balance in the bottom of the movement.
He actually overpulled it hence he needed to stabilize the weight. That means he can lift potentially even more
in snatch don't but in clean & jerk i saw him struggling
You see him struggle for a brief moment after the catch, and then he is like "alright imma stand up now" and just does it. absolute beast 500kg total incoming
Forget strength. The technique, mobility and balance it takes to do this will forever boggle my mind.
for context, the next heaviest snatch in competition is 216kg. Lasha's snatch is way ahead of anyone ever.
"Lasha Talakids" lol
Lasha Talagets
i wish i could be in that strength level he literally throws my 2x max deadlift
His coaches are probably among the best in history
That dude definitely listens to the right tunes
I wish i could deadlift that
If I could deadlift 496 I'd be fucking extatic lmao
this man is the best super heavy weight ever, Lasha Talakhadze, i hope to see him soon in next iwf world championship in Bogota
I just got a new deadlift pr of 225kg yesterday. Now i feel very inadequate
I can't deadlift that, but Lasha is literally the strongest man in weightlifting history so I don't feel too bad about it.
Jokes on you i just PR'd my deadlift to 230kg
Laasha Talagetz
His c&j is around 260 kgs, think about that.
He will be the first man to get the 500 Sinclair in history. I genuinely do believe he has the strongest shoulders in the world atm, and among the strongest ever. comparable to Big Z, prime Eddie Hall and Iron Biby despite not competing in strongman
im not sure if shoulder strength matters a lot in the snatch or in weightlifting, but yeah he could be a top tier strongman
267 competition, 270 training
270 in training, actually.
And he won't be the first to get 500 Sinclair. Naim got 504. The question is whether Lasha will get 500 in the total. I highly doubt the thing about strong shoulders. A clean and jerk is not a shoulder press and not about shoulder strength either. You don't need very strong shoulders for a big jerk. Just ask Lu Xiaojun, I strict press more than him but he jerks twice as much as myself. In fact, people with relatively strong shoulders tend to have an incredibly crisp lockout in the jerk and if there's anything that Lasha is lacking behind his other lifts/aspects of the lifts in, it's his lockout strength. And weightlifting in general isn't about max strength numbers, especially not for the super-heavyweights. You could call him one of the most powerful ever if you wanted to. Strongman and more so powerlifting (misleading name, really) are about strength, weightlifting is about power output.
He’s already done 267 in competition.
naim already has the 500 sinclair
Dude I would be stoked if I could hit a 5 plate deadlift in like a year or two. Lasha is just throwing it around like it's nothing :(
wish i could deadlift that much
I would be so happy if I could deadlift 496 :(
232/268/500
this is the breakdown when he does it, you heard it here first
Tal-a-kad-zay
I used to deadlift that but than i broke my leg and im still recovering :(
What makes this so impressive is that this is 9kg more than anyone else in history
Have you ever found anybody with an easy name? 🤣🤣
Well my max is quite a bit more than that, but I still feel mogged 😂😭
How about compared to his 267 clean and jerk?
@@sakaue Still heavier, but again I feel mogged 😂. I haven't been training for nearly as long as him and I don't specialise in Olympic lifting, but he is an absolute freak.
@@Lickmabumbum He mogs everyone on the planet, dont feel bad lol
@@adrienwatson2179 Exactly, lol 😂
Sikastan will be celebrating
would love to see him transition to strongman. would be interesting to see him with a log
Would be cool
I assume if he can snatch 225kg that he could Log 229 (I think thats thr WR from iron Biby right now)
@@-nath-7837 For sure, its just interesting how little they use shoulders
Although it's little consolation, my max deadlift is actually 55kgs heavier.
Maybe the entire total
Bold of you to assume that that’s my max…..my deadlift is actually 600KG This weight in your video is actually what I use for my standing shoulder press warm-up 😅
My deadlift max is actually 550 LBS
A little more 655 is my pr
The sad reality, is thats 5kg over my max 😂
Hah, I deadlift 260lbs less than that. Checkmate!
That's almost as much as my strict press 20rm
in lbs you mean?
@@dleonardo3238 That would still be ridiculous though haha
i can only deadlift 210kg :(
That's great!
You're only low on your assumption by about 250 pounds. Close enough, right?
that is Hella impressive but not my deadlift Max that is usually my second to last warm-up but I definitely cannot do what that guy does🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼🥜
jokes on you, i cant even deadlift that, soooo i bet you feel stupid right now
Actually I deadlift 525, not 495. Do better.
Nah my max is over 250kg
I deadlift more
Bruh I will deadlift that before I’m 16 years old for sure
I can deadlift 150kg at 14 years old whilst not actually training deadlift properly and not actually training deadlift for 1 or 2 months and I did a 120kg deadlift for 15 reps 64kg bw
After training deadlift properly for 1 or 2 week’s
@@justinwilson3922 iM 9 AnD i AlReAdY dEaDlIFt 342 kgs for sets of five.
Nope..won't be impressed on this channel now, unless a young girl is doing that.
FAKE WEIGHTS.....
Said by the man who never did "weightlifting "
He should go for strongman
this is not my deadlift max. This is twice my deadlift max.
Jokes on you my max deadlift is 210
Not quite my deadlift max which Lasha can add 23 kg to and clean and jerk. 🥲
