I have been strict carnivore for 6 years after fruitarian for 7 years. I am feeling led to a 72hr min detox. I live in Ecuador so fruit access is prime. Thoughts?
Hey, thanks for sharing. I enjoyed this. I kinda do this. But you’ve motivated me to do a week a month. You didn’t say if you lost any weight. I know the real reward is you felt great. My main question, because I workout too, didn’t you notice and muscle fatigue or loss? Thanks for replying. -Crystal
If I remember I did loose some lbs. but like you said, just feels amazing! Honestly It’s been a while so I can’t recall. Lately I have been taking Perfect Aminos before my workout. And even though I always work out fasted I have tons of energy.
It doesn't matter what you eat for 72 hours it only matters that you burn more calories than you ingest. Fruits are mostly high in fructose that's sugar so you will raise your glucose levels and be pounding on the calories. There are very few fruits or berries low in calories and low in sugar.. it may be good for other things but for losing weight you're on the wrong track
@@michaeladamstone2911 thanks! This is an old video and was an experiment. Now a days I intermittent fast, break my fast with protein and try to get daily exercise. Seems to be working well.
@michaeladamstone2911 this is just flat out incorrect. With all due respect fruit sugars are not the same as processed refined sugar that you buy from the grocery store. Extremely healthy and extremely safe to eat. Fruits are very cleansing and healing. Many people have reported reversing chronic illnesses by just eating fruits for extended periods of time. Also it absolutely matters what you eat day to day in your diet.

The video says that you only eat fruit how can you say that when you’re saying you’re eating nuts and seeds? Also, how is that going to keep you full?
