- Hello everyone, happy long holiday, this time I made a compilation of 4 simple and easy fried puff pastry recipes

RECIPES 1
Layered Apple Pie
inspiration from karipap shape

Pie filling
400-450 grams of apples
1 tablespoon butter
50 grams palm sugar/sugar (according to taste)
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1-2 tablespoons of water
1st dough
300 grams of all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
110 ml water
75 ml vegetable oil
2nd dough
130 grams of all-purpose flour
80 grams of salted butter

Thousand Layer Bread

125 grams of salted butter
200 grams of all-purpose flour
2nd dough
250 grams of all-purpose flour
25 grams of salted butter
5 grams of sugar
2.5 grams of yeast
140 grams of warm water (Pour gradually)
* chocolate sprinkles as a filling for bread

Inspired by Algerian sweets, re-cooked and slightly modified by the @vinastar channel
300 grams of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
60 grams of melted salted butter
125 grams of water
Cornstarch for sprinkles make layers ( I used the remaining 150 grams )

* Yeast dough
250 grams of wheat flour
1 teaspoon yeast
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

Thanks for sharing. Love your work but please could we bake in an oven instead of frying - a healthier option. f yes, what would be the temperature of the oven and the gas mark at which to bake. Thanks you, Yvonne DPenha
I think it's because in Indonesia, an oven or microwave is not a common item in its kitchen. Hence she emphasized on the no-oven cooking. I guess we make do with what we have right? :)
I guess coating them very lightly with oil and baking at 170 C should do the magic

Could I put the last recipe in the oven?
Nice recipes, by the way at 14.10 it reminded me of an Indian recipe called khaja which when dipped in sugar syrup is enjoyed as a sweet dish and when prepared with salt in the dough ,is enjoyed as a savoury one.

What happened how was it??
@@p.g.laberinto4161 they were delicious and we can even do tha topings of our choices on it, but yes it was little hard to make because it needs physical work but the dishes were as exactly same as shown in picture, I was extra careful while making them and followed exact steps in the vedio, it was time taking for me as I am not professional and thank you for asking I almost forgot to comment here 😁♥️
