America all corn is GMO unless it´s labled organic (organically grown corn). See YT documentary, or the 5 min trailer: Genetic Roulette, GMOs damage all systems of the body. I am also very interested in trying the puff pastry recipe, since my mom or gram never taught me that one~! W/organic milk, since the cows are fed and treated so much better. MOOOOOOOOOO I love organic creamy cakes. Thank you to the maker for sharing your recipes

Very nice work in creating a short puff pastry. I've seen this recipe several times but never with the butter being smashed into flour first. That's a brilliant time saver and you are less likely to have butter leaking out the end.
Ive seen butter+flour mix for croissant making. I was told that it makes chilled butter(+flour) slab pliable and less likely to break during lamination. Happy baking😊

I watched this channel of puff pastry, & when I saw you put butter in half the flour, pop in fridge, & finish working on other half. Then you took butter/flour mix out of fridge, & you worked butter, & flour, mixture in. Well, I realised, none but you were the chef I wanted most to be like! You win! You are the of smartest chef on you tube. I'm shocked no one has ever figured that trick out before. By doing this one little step, & putting in fridge, each time, you let the gluten get longer, & make the puff padtry better. People like me that have always done it the longer way, we know how smart you are. people seeing puff pastry for first time by you, are getting the propler directions for first time, & dont realise how smart you are ti save us so much toil, & chances it may come out bad. Your process is fool prof. Blesd you Gid protect your hands, & brain, so we keep benifiting by yout tutorials.
I can make both puff pastry and flaky pastry myself too. Plus a few other types of patisserie. I learned as a child and as I grew up . But thanks for sharing. Very enjoyable. X
