the dough was so easy to knead, I liked the video, thanks to the author for the recipe
I had tried the turkish flatbread recipe. But using combination of AP and Wholewheat flour because that is what i had. It is easy and so delicious. I can freeze them too.
I tried making that one but my dough doesn't wanna rise 😢

1번 하시면 맛이 더 좋을수 있어요
냉장온도가 살짝 중요한데 과발효 되지 않게만 하시면 되요
냉장온도와 이스트양에서 답이 있어요
과발효되면 맛이 시큼할수있어요
2번은 가정에서 하기는 난이도가 좀 있을수 있지만
시도해볼수 있어요

발효할때는 27~28도 정도의 따뜻한 곳에서 발효해야 하는 것 같아요~
오븐에 발효 기능이 있다면 사용하셔도 좋답니다~
