    食材:500克五花肉、1勺叉烧酱、1勺生抽、半勺老抽、半勺白糖、半勺胡椒粉、2勺花雕酒、1勺蚝油、3瓣大蒜、少许清水、熟芝麻、少许青葱丝
    1)把五花肉切片,加入1勺叉烧酱、1勺生抽、半勺老抽、半勺白糖、半勺胡椒粉、2勺花雕酒、1勺蚝油抓拌均匀,腌制一小时或以上
    2)把蒜切末,热锅倒油,加入蒜末爆香
    3)再加入腌制好的肉片,中火慢煎,煎至两面焦香,再倒入少许清水焖2分钟,开盖把酱汁收干熄火撒上熟芝麻
    4)装盘,摆上葱丝香喷喷的蜜汁干煎五花肉就做好啦❤️

    Ingredients: 500 grams of pork belly, 1 tablespoon of cha siu sauce, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, half tablespoon of dark soy sauce, half tablespoon of sugar, half tablespoon of pepper, 2 tablespoons of Huadiao wine, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 3 cloves of garlic, a little water, cooked sesame seeds, a little Shallots
    1) Slice the pork belly, add 1 spoon of barbecued pork sauce, 1 spoon of light soy sauce, half a spoon of dark soy sauce, half a spoon of sugar, half a spoon of pepper, 2 spoons of Huadiao wine, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, mix well, marinate for an hour or more
    2) Mince the garlic, pour the oil in the hot pan, add the minced garlic and sauté
    3) Add the marinated meat slices and fry slowly over medium heat. Fry until both sides are burnt on surface. Then pour in a little water and simmer for 2 minutes. Open the lid, cook until sauce dry, and sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds.
    4) Put it on a plate,serve with a fragrant green onion, and it's ready. ❤️

    應該可以先乾煎五花肉,減低油脂量,留一點油爆香用,加肉,再依照個人喜好調蜜汁醬一起炒勻!
