I personally find these kinds of workouts to be more of cardio. When I was a beginner , I found it difficult . But now I have switched to barbell squats, weighted lunges and weighted pistol squats for growth. I have seen the difference with weights. I didn't see any progress with these kind of workouts 😐
Hey! It looks like your goal is to add some size. My goal is to stay strong and functionally developed. That’s why I mix strength workouts and the ones like this in order not to become unmovable brick house
Aditya, I think these are plyometric-like exercises. They help with agility, mobility especially if you’re an athlete. Both these and heavy lifting is the key
Hey, Marcus. Yes , I have been for quite a while in the past, but I had never had legs as functional and practical strong as I have now. Sure there is a muscle memory from the past that get a good impuls from my current kettlebell and bodyweight workouts , but my goal is far away from size. I want to explore more different body moves and ideas to share with people. I have never claimed that my workout will give you a size. The ones that I do with kettlebells on my channel - yes. Every workout has its own goal :)
