I had hip and lower back pain recently after working heavy physical job for over a year. Squats , leg press and the other exercises in the gym made the things worse, so both my doctor and chiropractor told me to train my legs without weights. Before seeing the video I knew nothing except simple squats and calf raises. Great video as always !!Will definitely try the workout in the afternoon.

Form is very individual. Everyone has different stats, different stretch and everything else.
The goal of the exercise is constant jump in lower position (I called it 90* , but it’s more so not going higher that 90) . This was jumps are short and the work is fast and constant.
Everyone is doing it little differently. My pupils do it differently .
As long as you feel the burn and control your form and always keep moving - you are doing great. Even if you try this exercise- you are doing great.
Yeah but then Josh did similar technique like Igor towards the end of video with shorter range, still was challenged to the max, and could not survive the burn. But for first time he did great! But guys try it and you will see, with any technique as long as 90 degrees maintained, super tough!
This is a killer workout, great job Igor and Josh!

I think the bigger message in this video is don’t cheat - better form = better definition: results! The student was the teacher in my opinion.
Hey! We don’t support any cheating. Only hard work. We do make mistakes , but we learn. Josh did this workout for the first time and I did it for like 150 th time. It’s a huge difference . He put a great effort in the routine.

Followed you all the way cutting through the talk but lasting up to 40 reps max but doing the whole flutter kicks. I feel proud and happy at 54years old to be able to keep up and not knackered at the end. This will be added to my routine going forward. Peace ☮️ 👊🏿

Seriously. Some people drive 1/2hr or whatever to get to gym. Multiply that time by 2, that’s how much time is wasted. Just get moving immediately 💪🏻
