My favorite ab workout. It challenges me everytime. One day I'll be able to do the routine he says at the end. I've seen this video atleast a 100 times. I have to push deep to finish the workout but when I do i feel proud and everything else in the day is easier or atleast I'm better suited to tackle it!

Slender looool Steroids if you want a heart attack by 40. If you a calisthenics athlete and you’re using steroids that’s an issue. We only using body weight. Steroids is commonly known to be used by body builders. Honestly speaking idk about anyone else but I feel sorry for people who have to use a drug to get in shape or appear to be in shape. I got mine from being blessed bro great genetics and a bit of hard work. 💯👊🏾

I been doing this workout for The past 2 months along with my strength abs and it’s improved my abs strength and condition like crazy plus I’m more ripped than what I was before starting it. But don’t expect to see results unless you have a good diet.

1 month ago i started doing this workout, i couldn’t even complete it 1 time. Had to rest in between exercises and was still struggling. I didn’t give up. Travis Hutt yeah bro that’s perfect I tell people running miles and miles will burn more muscle. So if a person loves running I advise they do jog/sprint jog sprint. This will be way better in burning fat. However my go to is burpees. So that’s my keys 1. Eating less 2. Hiit burpees while fasted 3. Core workout. Now bc I’ve reached a place in my calisthenics journey in which I do high reps I don’t isolate my core anymore as much. So I just workout fasted do burpees hiit

Dieidiosks Ueueuduwu keep your same diet bro, 2500 calories a day will leave u in the same weight and just do this routine. Once it starts to get easy use a 5 pound weight than keep going up. I use to do it with a 20 weight and that’s the key to it really blocking up
The only routine which truly worked for me. after a month I’m seeing slightly the abs more. But I do this routine 2 times (400 reps). I think 3 or 4 would be ideal and is my next goal

Punky Boy G Wiz to me personally the name of the game is fuel, it’s more than protein to me. I don’t listen to everything experts say. The reason is bc there are always exceptions to the rule and experts are also humans so they can be wrong. Instead I take some stuff and leave other stuff based on self study. I see what works for me and if it goes against what experts say than it’s fine bc it’s working for me 🔥

1 month ago i started doing this workout, i couldn’t even complete it 1 time. Had to rest in between exercises and was still struggling. I didn’t give up. Travis Hutt yeah bro that’s perfect I tell people running miles and miles will burn more muscle. So if a person loves running I advise they do jog/sprint jog sprint. This will be way better in burning fat. However my go to is burpees. So that’s my keys 1. Eating less 2. Hiit burpees while fasted 3. Core workout. Now bc I’ve reached a place in my calisthenics journey in which I do high reps I don’t isolate my core anymore as much. So I just workout fasted do burpees hiit

Dieidiosks Ueueuduwu keep your same diet bro, 2500 calories a day will leave u in the same weight and just do this routine. Once it starts to get easy use a 5 pound weight than keep going up. I use to do it with a 20 weight and that’s the key to it really blocking up
