Dr Rosalind Watts talks to Dr Julie Holland

Julie Holland is the author of Moody Bitches: The Truth About the Drugs You're Taking, the Sleep You're Missing, the Sex You're Not Having, and What's Really Making You Crazy and Good Chemistry the Science of Connection, From Soul to Psychedelics and a psychiatrist in private practice in NYC.
I first met Julie when she hosted me on a panel at Horizons psychedelics conference in 2018, and was struck by her warmth, heart centredness, humour and authenticity. Julie has been working with cannabis and MDMA for many years and is as close to an authority on drugs as it gets. I loved this conversation, which took place in a corridor underneath London City Airport!
