Oh…I'm so happy to see you enjoying yourselves and sharing your wonderful travel experiences in Taiwan on UA-cam, also introducing Taiwan to people all over the world! ❤ Watching your video about this hotel's staff service, the fantastic views and room amenities, the compact yet well-equipped gym, the hearty and delicious beef noodles, and the breakfast clips really made me proud of this hotel. It's great to see that it can make foreign travelers feel at home and that the money spent is truly worth it! 😊 Wishing you lots of joy and great experiences for the rest of your trip in Taiwan! ❤
You are just so sweet! Reading your comments really brings us so much joy. We had such a great experience. Lots of warm vibes, good food and comfort. We couldn’t ask for anything else when we travel. Thanks again friend, so happy you like the videos ☺️
Oh my God, I have lived in Taiwan for 30 years and have never had a bowl of beef noodles that costs 620 TWD (about 20 USD)! I like beef noodles with tomato-based beef soup. For me, the classic way to enjoy it is to order some side dishes, such as dried tofu (you can taste the beans and it's not stinky), kelp, and braised eggs, topped with green onions and thick soy sauce. These three are the most common and basic side dishes for Taiwanese street food.
Honestly the size and quality of the soup was worth it! It had SO much flavour and the beef was unbelievably tender. The soup could serve 2 people easily. It was huge 😂😍 those condiments sound awesome. We loved braised eggs!
Glad you tried the beef noodle soup! Shelba you’re a trooper trying stinky tofu again. It’s an acquired taste. Never seen it w noodles so must be a recent thing. Keep up the fun content!❤
I loooooooooooveeeeeee😍 it dear friends Chase and Shelbs...............you guys made my day for sharing your beautiful hotel and delicious foods😘😘😘 With love from Doms in the Philippines
A small tip: it's common for people to use chopsticks and soup spoon when eating soap noodles or pho. You can prepare a bite size portion in the spoon, then slurp it from the spoon. Use chopsticks to keep noodles in place. Give it a try. 😄
Welcome to taiwan... ❤❤You should try mango snow ice. Mango is popular fruit in summer. If you like nature, you can go to elephant mountain, Soth or east of taiwan and outlying islands ❤ ❤
5:50 I would check from the outside to see if the glass is tinted and reflective like many office buildings. You can see out but people can't see in. But, like many office buildings, people can see in during the evening when the lights from the inside are on. Either way, I would have tried that tub at night with no lights on and let the ambient light from the outside as the light source and enjoy the evening view while I relax in that tub.
We ended up seeing it was tinted! So I’m sure it’s fine. Still makes us a little nervous though 😂 but yes in the evening we made sure to keep the lights off. The city lights were incredible.
The hotel in Taiwan is way better and different than the one in Vegas. The cookie, tea bag, and bottles of water are all free from the snack bar. Unlike Vegas, they will be charging you even you remove from the fridge without drink it (if the sensor sense the bottle has been moved, it will count as your drank it).
Do you know where to find the best beef noodle in Taiwan? In karaoke bar! lol Just kidding (but karaoke bar do have very nice beef noodle), you can find so many perfect beef noodle in lots of places. The beef noodle in star hotel is also wonderful, just a little bit pricey. But it’s very interesting to see the room tour of star hotel in Taipei. As a Taipei citizen, I never have chance to book one… lol
im from philippines, if you visit kaoshiung I recommend a luxury 5star hotel at Grand Hi Lai Hotel, tou will satisfy and visit nearest tour spot...when we have company tour with taiwanese and other migrant workers like vietnamese and indonesian
We preferred the beef noodle, but it’s completely different. We prefer braised beef over other meats in soup. So it really depends what you like most ☺️
Wt..... This is not a luxury hotel in Taipei...He's not even five star😅😅 you should check out W hotel or Marriott Taipei, Mandarin Oriental, and Regent Taipei
@@elmer2150 This price is very ordinary for some people. For high-end consumers, even a meal costs 500 US dollars. Then I would suggest these poor foreigners not to come to Taipei. The Philippines or China are more suitable for them.🤣
@@ChaseandShelbs There is one millionaire in every 10 people in Taiwan. You must first understand the economy of this place before you know how poor you are.🫰 ua-cam.com/video/ksCwZVpUa8I/v-deo.htmlsi=dB9yYg3oBAqfE-fq

My family and I watched the whole video and enjoyed it so much. We ended up going out for noodle soup but not quite the same😅
That’s so cute haha! Influenced. Really nothing will compare to the soup. Even for us now.. it really was the best soup ever 😂

You should try Taiwanese style motels, they are better and more comfortable
You should go and try A Joy buffet in taipei 101 next time. It's $100 per person and is the by far the most exquisite buffet for its price anywhere.

Yeah we’ve noticed different countries have different things in the hotels. This one was really welcoming. ☺️
That is nice .. may want to try them as Howard will be closed for 2 years for Reno and rebranding

Most young people can speak English in Major cities, senior people can speak Japanese.
翻譯有錯嗎?臭名昭彰的台灣牛肉麵?
是那個意思沒錯 但 是以開玩笑的口語說。西方人的日常幽默。我想應無惡意。

Yes it’s a mistake! I meant famous!
那是西方人講反話的用法,完全沒有惡意

Considering the below-average consumer prices in Taiwan, a USD 400 per night accommodation is definitely luxurious. Unless you’re hella wealthy lol 😂
