I am so grateful I found your book and website. I am 71, fit, eat well, and I am connected to life. The diagnosis of osteoporosis hit me hard. What I learned from you is I need to take my Fitness to a new level.
I cannot only survive, but thrive. Thank you so much for the work you do. 💜☮️🙏🏼Mo

Excellent video of exercises to strengthen stability muscles and balance. Good explanation and demonstration. Igor makes it easy to remember the foot placements and levels of difficulty. I shared with several friends with osteoporosis.

I'm glad you're actually implementing instead of just watching!
You can actually use speed as a progression. Start slow, and once you master it, try going faster.

@@FitnessSolutionsPlus I tried it and it works so great! I adjusted my desk to standing and worked the afternoon swapping out my heel and toe stance to switch legs. I could feel SO MANY different muscles activating, in my legs, my butt and my core. I will do this while I work now as a new habit to build balance strength. I will try to do the exercises in a focused manner at times as well. What a fantastic exercise. Thanks for this valuable information
