      Absolutely! The difference that tempo makes to bone density is huge (as much as 2% to your T score)

    Just what I need, thank you for including the wrists and upper body.
    I don't know if it's my phone, but the volume was low, so found the music distracting.

      @@FitnessSolutionsPlus I fell and broke my wrist, that's how I found out that I had soft bones. The operation was 1½ hour's but took 2½, the dexa scan results were that I had osteopenia. So your video is important for me to do. Thank you.
