- The Superturbo is BACK! And needs to be weighed, why? rego! In this video we're jumping into the Nissan March to go and get our weigh bridge certificate! On it's first drive on Australian roads we've got an unregistered vehicle permit which allows us to drive from point A to point B for the purposes of registering the vehicle. Can you guess how much the little nugget weighs?!

Lots of idiots drive like this in Australia. The worst is when your approaching an intersection on an 80kmph stretch of road in a rural area and some moron in their giant Hilux is speeding towards the intersection then slamming on their brakes just before the stop sign. This means you slow down because you're not sure if they will stop which means they end up waiting longer than if they just approached the intersection safely letting you know they intended on actually obeying the stop sign.

It’s around a bend as they saw the red light they slowed down, there are definitely worse cases lol
Driving around town being local celebrities. Even more recognizable when driving a SuperTurbo. You guys are great and enjoy your channel all the way from the USA.
I’m pretty sure I’d recognize Marty and Moog before any other celebrity. They’re the most relatable and down to earth people I’ve ever seen online.

I was thinking the same thing recently. I was remembering some of the first videos I watches, in the driveway, sifting through questionable bits on the floor and under the seats of their new project.
I also like to tell people when they're tyre pressure is low or when they're lights don't work. Don't want the cops to give them grief just because of something small. And I love the fact that even with your huge subscriber base, you're both still so down to earth and happy to meet your fans ✌😁

It is absolutely amazing to cruise around with you guys around Sydney, the feeling is so authentic. I'd love if you did this more often, it is my dream to move down under but just like registering an imported car... it's really difficult.

Such a cool little car. I love the concept of a hybrid boost system like this. The fact that they managed to implement it in a small value oriented car is even cooler.
Here in Florida, USA, you could probably register a mid sized skiff as a car, and as long as you pay your tax, the DMV won't even check to see if it's a car or not

Nathan Brame I had that just the other day when I was replacing the muffler on my 95 Chevy Beretta and I had to start it for something, forgot that I tore the old rusted muffler off and it make a little four banger sound like a V8

E36's are slowly replacing the 240/180 chassis as a cheap drift alt since the 240/180's have either been all driven into the ground or people want the earth for them.
Toyokawa Shigako BMWs are absolute garbage. The really old ones are nice but just a garage queen. You can’t daily one of those you’ll go crazy fixing it.

I have a BMW i3, a huge change from my usual. In terms of smiles per hour, it's unbeatable. And having a big MCM hand on the back always gets a reaction from other MCM fans. Had a great chatting with an old bloke in a jacked up Patrol with the same sticker on the back. It's kinda nice to be part of the group, no matter what you drive.

It's amazing how much easier it seems to be to register JDM cars here in Canada. 15 Year limit and a single thorough inspection (and find DOT tires).
Yeah I imported a JDM Nissan Z33 last year. I see you have a B4 or GT-B, that was my first import 4 years ago
I imported a 99 Stagea RS4S back in 2014, nearly the same as Bennys, even down to the rod knock towards the end, lol. This year I picked up a 93 Suzuki Jimny. As long as they are mostly stock and not heavily modified, they are fairly simple to get road legal. My Jimny came with aftermarket tubular bumpers that I had to rebuild to look more stock-ish.
I’ve tried to import a JDM Nismo Note S into the Uk, but it is impossible as Nissan won’t release the TDN for the chassis on the certificate of conformity. So I have to wait until the car is 10 years old! Any post prod modified car has this problem to import into the Uk, including Mugen, Autech etc.

the previous superturbo you had is how I found you guys. I had a micra k10 back then. In North America we had 1.2L, not the 1L. Because it was a leaded fuel vehicule with no hardened valve seats or even valve stem seals a lot of those cars went down quick .

I didn't even consider that the headlights need to be re-aligned when you switch which side of the road you drive on.
Japanese drive on the same side as we do, on the left.
Yup, it's common to see British cars with tape on the headlights when driving in Europe (at least it used to be) because instead of lighting up traffic signs, they'd light up the faces of oncoming drivers, which isn't ideal
I wish they would enforce headlight aim in the US, get blided all the damn time because morons can't take 30 seconds to do proper maintenance and keep headlights pointed in the correct direction.
