It's common sense I say if you want to know a product in life you take it apart and you see how it works this is only for me I can only speak for myself and as they mechanic a female mechanic in order for me to fix it I need to know how it works again in order to prevent it and or stop it from happening again and again and again you have to go to the core and find out how it works in my lifetime I never ever thought of anything like this it must be nice to be able to sit there and plan these gas lighting or whatever it may be because it takes one to tell the story but it takes many minds to sit together and a table in order to drink someone's heart out and rip it apart it takes more than one remember that ladies and gentlemen just like she said he's built his little millions or she's built her little minions they don't build them with you like they're supposed to and live life happily ever after because they hide them under rocks they hide them in the woods they hide them in cars they hide them everywhere and when needed to make you think you are insane that's when they pull them out and use them against you they aren't loyal to you they're loyal to the narcissist they'll never ever be loyal to you

Thank you for your education. Like a game like Tug of war; of back and forth. Push and pull leaving you exhausted, just ripe for their picking. Let go of the rope and set yourself free. Strength and silent wisdom is what they don't have and need to break you bc you are strong and they know it.

Smearing campaigns are very useful. They help you a lot with filtering those who really care for you. Love is stronger than any insidious insinuation.

Narc elderly mother who caused so much pain for my siblings and I, is now ignoring all of our attempts to assist w aging parent issues. This woman wants to be malevolent until the end. She’s antisocial and one of the siblings is antisocial, too, and that sibling is self centered & causing problems that get in the way of anything productive. I’ve had it w my parent frankly. Thank God I’m a thousand miles away. The last time this parent was in recovery care, I sent care packages w stamps and notecards and a list of names and addresses of friends and relatives, cozy socks, lip balm etc. They didn’t acknowledge it. She thinks I’m after her money.

Sometimes, you have to put a word or a request to a narcissist in order to prove it mattered, or you made an effort, or time was of the essence. I hate when that type of thing comes up, because you know that as soon as they learn that, they will pour everything they have in doing the exact opposite thing. If anybody has a method for avoiding this type of scenario, I would love to hear it. I certainly do document that the request was made, but I don't put it past them to lie about ever receiving it, or blaming others for their supposed inability to comply.

On the day of my mom's funeral, my narc brother bullied me out of a ring my mom left to me. He threatened to delay doling out to me estate assets due to me if I didn't give it to him without even getting it appraised. As though he was entitled to it! At the time, he said he wouldn't ask me for anything else. About a month later, he wanted another piece of jewelry she left me. Since the request came in writing, I ignored the request. Thankfully, now all communications are in writing, but he is still so stupid as to have my deceased mother's mail forwarded to me. Through his doing that, I learned he got a credit card issued to himself off one of her accounts, and is passing the credit card bills from it onto the estate as though they were incurred prior to her death!

My ex always played the victim. He broke up with me after 2 years, saying I sex flirted with a person at a restaurant on New years year saying he doesn't want a partner like that. He gaslight me saying he seen me the whole evening locking eyes with him. Funny story because I was talking to my daughter throughout supper. The guy had a pretty girlfriend with a red dress so why would I flirt with a men with his girlfriend and while my daughter and son were with us and I took us out for new years which I paid over $200 new years supper. He plays victim still he almost had a panic attack that night. He broke up with me before Valentine's so he didn't have to buy a gift since he isn't financially stable.

Move on. I'm moving to preparing a timeline of documented events, & letters that go out the day I receive the accounting that locks the narcissist into the final numbers related to what he embezzled out of mom's estate. He's going to put a deadline in my approving that accounting, lest he declares me interfering with his admin of mom's estate. So, time will be of the essence in getting things super sewn up to provide the police & other heirs. He's used doling out to other heirs in order to leverage their sympathy for him, but once they see he had to give them exact numbers from a house sale, but the bigger piece of their pie is the life insurance proceeds, & I have chipped away his credibility with documentation, at least one heir may reconsider that narc's true motives.

Here’s a question. A person, your ex business partner, associate, finds out that you are not compatible at all. She doesn’t like you. She talks to other people telling them that you are awful (it’s her point of view), that you frustrate her. In front of you she needs to be polite and still professional but it’s clear that she doesn’t like you.
Now you are on UA-cam telling everyone that she is an NPD (I wonder wether she was diagnosed with NPD in first place, it’s a diagnosis). Why can’t we think that you are smearing her out on public? You put your name, your face and are accusing her to the world. Thank u
