I love seeing all of your Christmas cross stitch. They were all so beautiful! I can't wait to see your WIP parade. I enjoy watching your videos. Have a Merry Christmas and see you soon.❄☃
Your Christmas tree is gorgeous.! Love the Tudor rose project, it looks cute. Everything looks amazing. You are way ahead of me on your finishes. Merry Christmas!
Loved the funky bird. I started my stitch in the new year today. I didn't want to feel rushed. So 2 hours a day ending with a new start on the 31st. Got in 172 stitches on a WIP, so I'm happy.
Love the colors on the MFE Song of the Nightingale. Also, love the idea of 12 Days of Christmas on one piece of 46ct linen. I have most of those patterns. May need to start that early next year. 😊❄️
Thx for popping back in. Have been wondering where you were. Your Christmas tree is lovely. I’ve never seen one done in flowers like that before. Gorgeous stitching! But that model you’re stitching for Liz-wow! On that fabric it pops! You have been a wild woman with that vigorous stitching! Merry Christmas to you! Thx for the video.❄️
Merry Christmas. Love all your finishes and stitching. Funny story - I was watching your video today while my almost 3 yr old was playing around. When you showed your stitching on Sarah Moon, my daughter stopped what she was doing and said "no that's my cross stitch, I need it" and ran to the TV to try and take it out. Lol I could not stop laughing. And when I tried to put on a different flosstube, she refused to let me and wanted me to replay yours. 😂😂 ❄️ Thanks for the book suggestions - added the series to my to-be-read list.
I think you should start Blackberry House for your 50th start of 2023. I am working on it as I watch your floss tube lol. Thanks for sharing your stitching journey with us. Hope you have a terrific holiday season!
❄️ love all your finishes. You reminded me I forgot to put up my Liz Matthews 5th day finish, but I can get it out before Christmas. I’m doing stitch from stash next year. I have enough patterns, floss and fabric to probably go for 2 years without buying new stuff.
Girl, you have SO much going on!!! Last year I signed up for the Jingle Ball, and did not get to go because of work. That’s year, I signed up, bought classes, including both of Liz Mathews’, rearranged the work schedule to get the weekend off, and got caught in the web of east coast/west coast time zones… 😡🤬🤬😡… next year, third time should be the charm, so it will be smooth sailing!!! I’m gearing up for my 24 new starts in 2024, however, I’m working New Year’s Eve and New Year’s night, so no 12 in 12 for me!! Sounds like a fantastic time!!! I recently got “Murtagh” from Christopher Paolini. It’s the 5th book in the Inheritance Cycle … originally supposed to be 3 books, however, the writer realized as he was writing the third he had too many loose ends to tie up, so a fourth book was born. Trying to decide if I want to go back and reread the other four before this one. I have heard, though, that this book could completely be a stand-alone… decisions, decisions, lol!!! ❄️ ❄️ Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!!
❄Love all the projects! Especially the Bee Hive, it pops on the blue. But it does look like a lot of stiches, that would take me all year! You are a fast stitcher!
Great video, love seeing all your beautiful stitching! The monogamous 12x12 sounds interesting....I will be thinking about that! Havent quite decided what I'm going to do that day...I too have about 50 WIPS and I want 2024 to be a focus year and low-starts. Can't wait to see your WIP parade!!! 💕💕
So behind in my floss tube watching, but hope you had a fantastic Christmas! I’m doing WIPGO for the first time ever in 2024 and also joined WIP Warriors to do 24 in 24, and the road trip. It will either go incredibly well, and I’ll get loads stitched or I’ll go down in a blaze of glory (thanks JBJ) trying to! - take care, Nic x
Your choice of course but I would like to suggest number 2 because though you love that funky bird, that’s a lot of filling in and coverage. Number 2 looks like it might hold your interest longer with more variety. Happy holidays! 🎄🎉🎊
I really enjoy seeing your color changes and what you have chose for the MFE piece are just the colors I love. You may have just enabled me to make that my NY2024 start. Wishing you a wonderful holiday.
So funny! I stitched the Stitchrovia design and it was my second project ever too. My French knots on Santa’s eyes are something else…had no clue what I was doing! Loved seeing all of your new projects!
I enjoy your flosstubes very much because you choose such great patterns! YOu have beautiful stitching. Looking forward to seeing the official photo for the Liz Mathews piece. I will be doing Pam's 24 in 24, although half of them will be ornaments because I am a slow stitcher. I am also going to try WIPGO for the first time. ❄🤞
The funky bird is hands down the best of the choices. You do beautiful work. I'm a monogamous stitcher for the most part. The most projects I have going at one time is 2. I'm working on a Prairie Schooler Santa. Merry Christmas to you and your family. 🎄
1000% Aurora vibes! I need the beauty and beast bag but I need you to do an Aurora bag too! All of your bags and needle minders are making me want to improve my storage situation.
I just finished stocking this last weekend and I stitched over 12 hours to finish it. The time flew by your eyes do get tired so I had to put drops on them.
Back in the stone age before we had nifty things like this I would just take a blank piece of paper, pre load the needles, stick them in the paper, and write the color/symbol. I also used index cards or I would reuse the needle pack and just right up a “key” for each slot. You could also use scrap pieces of fabric with stickers next to the needles. The finishes look amazing!
So much fun seeing your "first" projects & fully finished. You go, girl. I, too, am very particular about my hoops; however, in the last few months I have been stitching in hand, except for backstitching. Amazing how your work in progress changes. The fun of stitching. (I started in hand b/c the aida I was working on was so stiff & was too lazy to wash it first)- lol. Can't wait for your reads. I am into "Camille", yes, the classic by Alexandre Dumas. I have read so much, I am re reading the classics or reading for first time like Camille. It is NOTHING like the movie I remember seeing, but somehow really like it. Let's face it, nothing beats the book. Happy stitching. Jeanette Sizzle.
Happy stitching and happy holidays Jeanette!! I love stitching in hand when I can, I definitely need to make more of an effort to practice it next year!
All three of your potential NY starts are so gorgeous! I vote for Lizzie Kate … I love that message. Thanks for sharing your books! I recently finished Delilah Green and haven’t picked up book 2 yet, I will definitely be moving it up on my TBR, I’m so excited to hear your enjoyment for the latest. Can’t wait to see the finished Bee, that blue is stunning
Hi!!! I love watching your videos. Thank you so much for sharing all you do. I love your energy. How your remember everything amazing me. Start the funky bird❄️❄️❄️❄️
I love your idea of stitching on one project on NYE and seeing how much progress you can get! I love watching others work on their 12 projects during 12x12... but I also don't find it satisfying for myself to only work on a project for one hour. Last year I chose 6 projects and worked on each for 2 hours. I think I'll do that this year too - with a mix of WIPs and new starts. ❄
Having done 12 projects last year and doing one project this year.. I'm wondering if I'll end up doing the 6 projects next year! Like goldilocks finding her perfect 12x12 lol!
I always watch all the way through. Love your book talk always love the projects you’re sitting on merry Christmas. Happy new year. See you in the next video.
Your swan tree is fabulous! I would go for Things Unseen, it will be fun to see how much progress you can make in 12 hours. I will by stitching all freebies for 12x12. Smaller size to use up some scraps of linen to create some Christmas ornaments. As for plans, I really don't make any, just go day by day. Merry Christmas!
I am going to participate in 12 by 12 for New Years Eve. I am also doing two monthly charts each month for 2024. I also want to do a Christmas stitch each month.
I think all of your finishes are spectacular! I vote for Things Unseen - another gorgeous project! I'm trying 12x12 this year for the first time.. about half and half.
I think a monogamous 12x12 sounds awesome. I don't have time to dedicate for that, so I'm doing 12 starts of stitchmas and spreading them out from Christmas to Jan 5. I'm pretty excited, but I need to finish the last touches of kitting everything, that is pretty stressful making sure you have all of your ducks in a row. Your finishes are all beautiful. I want to try all of the finishing techniques you did as well. Good luck on your last 2 finishes, I know you can get them done. Looking forward to the WIP parade. Merry Christmas!! ❄️
Oh my goodness, Brijin! The Liz Matthews bee project is FANTASTIC! Those colors just jump off that beautiful blue fabric. Just love it 💕 I also really love the pink conversion you did on the MFE piece…it’s stunning. You are so inspiring with all the gorgeous projects you are working on, and your finishes are on point. I’m going to have to look into the Morgan hoops…have you had any issues with removing hoop marks from them? I am not normally a Lizzie Kate fan, but I really like Contender Number 2. 😊 Happy stitching until next time! Meline
Thank you Meline! I've only had one project where I had hoop mark issues, but it's because I left the hoop on that project pulled tight for like a month! Luckily it's relaxed and they've gone away over time! I usually now leave my hoops on for shorter periods of time and I haven't had an issue since. Happy stitching and thank you for the wonderful comments you always leave on my videos!
I can agree with you on the new starts and I don't have a channel. I have purchased several patterns because I have seen others stitching them and loved 😍 them too. I just organized all my projects and I only have 15 WIPs. I was shocked! I'm going to work on a WIP for 2 hours and maybe start a new one for New Years, not sure yet.
I absolutely love 💗 your Christmas tree 🎄 I’ve never seen one done that way and it’s stunning. And your first cross stitch that you finished is beautiful and if someone would be rude enough to point out an odd stitch personally I’d block them. All I saw was those beautiful snow covered tree and it’s so pretty.
I’m behind on reading too! I need to get myself some audiobooks in the new year so I can listen in the car and get through some things on my list. I don’t have any particular stitching goals, I’m mostly working on Home for Christmas by Teresa Kogut that I got at the jingle ball!
I’ll be curious to see what you come up with for your rotation. I’ve been stitching for over 35 years and used to be strictly monogamous but would get burned out on the same project. I’ve gradually built up my wips and will probably start more this year but I can’t come up with a good rotation either. I like the idea of working on Halloween on the 13th and 31st and Christmas on the 24th and 25th to at least get my hands on those.
You are incredible, Princess (Aurora) Brigin!! Your three new technique finishes are fantastic!!!! Then all your other progress...well, you are amazing!! I'm working on Reindeer Games by Brenda Gervais on the 40 count Macchiato verdal by BeStitchMe (just finished the 2nd of 3 ornaments today). 🤗 I'm pretty new to 40 count, so thought I'd try the evenweave. I'm currently listening to Fourth Wing by Rebecca Yarros. I love the way you do your book reviews. You are SO good at it! ❤📚 Hope you have a wonderful Christmas!!! 🎄🎅❄️
Thank you so much for your kind comment!🥰 I love Bestitchme verdal! Enjoy Fourth Wing!! I had such a good time reading that one a couple months ago! Merry Christmas to you too!
All of your stitching is wonderful! I’m trying to finish up an ornament for my son, but work has been so busy I’m just too exhausted to stitch at night, which is the worst! I’m also going to try and do a low buy, at least for the start of the year. But I have so many great projects in stash I just need to focus on those.
Thank you so much for sharing! Your finishes are fabulous! I love them! I want to stitch a tree and a biscornu and finish them now. Lol- I have them both in my stash - just need to get busy. ❄️Merry Christmas
❄️ my christmas plans is to start Christmas at Hollyberry farm i love your idea of working on one project for the 12 hours, i cannot do it :) i get way too bored and have to switch so im doing 12 wips for 12 hours but id love to see your progress
Love your backdrop you’ve done a lovely job of decorating your tree. All of your stitching is beautiful, I am wondering what program you used to do the mock up different colours for the MFE piece. I’m looking forward to seeing how your colour choices stitch up.. Merry Christmas from 🇨🇦
Thank you! I actually use the app Markup R-XP, which is like pattern keeper for apple devices! But one of my favorite uses is doing color conversion mockups with it! Merry Christmas to you too!
I am doing WIPGO next year even though I failed this year. I am also going to try to be better at posting photos. ugh. I think I am going to do a monogamous stitch for New Year's Eve, but I still haven't decided. My plan next year is to start 50 starts between my birthday at the end of this year and my birthday next year.
Hi Liz, first time watching and really enjoyed you and your projects. You mentioned a software you use to keep track of projects and process. What is that software? Or app? Merry Christmas , Lisa G
I'm not sure if you meant to leave this on a different video, my name isn't Liz! But I do use a couple different tracking systems! I use MarkupR-XP to keep track of my stitching as I go, and then Notion as a database for all my starts and finishes and wishlists and things! I use the template made by StitchyNati!
It was free because I got it from stash. Girl math🤣 Your finishes are so darn cute!!
Your pieces are great and no matter how many you do, continue what you’re doing. These projects are yours and no one else’s.
Thank you!!
Merry Christmas & happy new year 🎉 ❄️
So many gorgeous pieces! I love your berry wreath. That fabric for the Liz Matthews Bee piece is ❤❤❤
Love your finishes and your progress on your wips. Happy stitching!
I love seeing all of your Christmas cross stitch. They were all so beautiful! I can't wait to see your WIP parade. I enjoy watching your videos. Have a Merry Christmas and see you soon.❄☃
Merry Christmas 🎄 🎅🏻. We love you too!!! ❄️
❄️Still here for book chat. My reading goal left without me.
❄️Great finishes and progress!

Aww thats soo sweet! She picked a good project to claim too, lol!
Your biscornu is adorable. I finished one for a smalls exchange and seeing yours I have to put another one (for me!) on my stitching plans for 2024.
I think you should start Blackberry House for your 50th start of 2023. I am working on it as I watch your floss tube lol. Thanks for sharing your stitching journey with us. Hope you have a terrific holiday season!
What a coincidence, lol!
I plan to work on the Irish blessing for my SIL and hope to give it to her for her March birthday. I hope I can get it finished. 🤞🏼
❄️ love all your finishes. You reminded me I forgot to put up my Liz Matthews 5th day finish, but I can get it out before Christmas. I’m doing stitch from stash next year. I have enough patterns, floss and fabric to probably go for 2 years without buying new stuff.

I really admire your ability to put colors together and switch them up for a project. Your "Aurora" palette for the MFE piece is beautiful!
Thank you!

We have the same plans for 2024! I'm excited to get in some good progress!
❄️⛄️ Enjoy your flosstubes. Now back to books.
Thank you!
Happy holidays to you and your family. Beautiful projects and stitching. ❄️❄️📚📚
Thanks Sarah! Hope you and your family had a great holiday!
Your stitching is wonderful. I wish you and yours a very Happy Christmas. See you for your WIP parade. ❤❤

So funny! I stitched the Stitchrovia design and it was my second project ever too. My French knots on Santa’s eyes are something else…had no clue what I was doing! Loved seeing all of your new projects!
What a coincidence, lol! Yeah, nobody can look too close at my french knots either!😂
Thank you! I love the idea of doing ornaments! Wishing us both luck on doing WIPGO next year!
My vote is for contender number one!
So much fun seeing all your work. You look fantastic in pink and I have added those books to my kist
Thank you so much! Happy reading!
I totally agree, I'm on the hunt for a good aurora fabric now!
❄️Happy Holidays and a very blessed new year 🎉🍸🍾🎉
Same to you!
I just finished stocking this last weekend and I stitched over 12 hours to finish it. The time flew by your eyes do get tired so I had to put drops on them.
Happy I finally got a chance to watch- you’re working on some fun stuff! Happy New Year! ❄️
Thank you! Happy new year to you as well!

I envy your biscornu. I have a Scottie dog pattern that I considered putting on my planner for 2024, but I am daunted. Great video!
Definitely give it a shot! It's pretty easy once you get it started!
Hi!!! I love watching your videos. Thank you so much for sharing all you do. I love your energy. How your remember everything amazing me. Start the funky bird❄️❄️❄️❄️

That Liz Mathews Bee piece looks amazing! You be proud of your model stitch girl!
Thank you!
Start Blackberry House! One of my favorite finishes ever!
I may or may not be going to my LNS this week to see if they have the flosses👀💖😉
Merry Christmas! Love everything you are working on. ❄️ can’t wait to see what you decide for your last new start of the year.
Thank you! Merry Christmas to you too!

Trader Joe’s ice cream cookies are one of my favorites.
The chantilly vanilla bean cake and the sparkling honeycrisp apple juice were my favorite from this haul!
I absolutely love 💗 your Christmas tree 🎄 I’ve never seen one done that way and it’s stunning. Thank you! The floral tree is so fun and so fast! We just used dollar store flowers too so it was really cheap!
Just finishing Blackberry House - loved stitching it ❤
❤❤❤
I'm so curious to see your 12 hour progress! Have a great holiday! ❄
❄️ enjoy seeing what you are working on! I also took the biscornu class and LOVED it ❤❤

My vote is for Margaret Hull. The bird looks amazing! I just started reading The Serpent and the Wings of Night by Carissa Broadbent. Happy Holidays!
I have that one on my list to read!! I've heard nothing but good things about it!
@@TheMuseumStitcher I have a feeling I will be running out to Barnes and Noble over the Holidays to pick up the second book :)
Merry Christmas and good luck with all your 2024 plans! Your tree ffo turned out beautifully! ❄
Thank you! And Merry Christmas to you too!
Thank you so much for sharing! Your finishes are fabulous! I love them! I want to stitch a tree and a biscornu and finish them now. Lol- I have them both in my stash - just need to get busy. ❄️Merry Christmas
Merry Christmas to you too!
❄️ my christmas plans is to start Christmas at Hollyberry farm
i love your idea of working on one project for the 12 hours, i cannot do it :) i get way too bored and have to switch so im doing 12 wips for 12 hours but id love to see your progress
I have that one on my list! I'm hoping to finish enough Christmas projects to start that one next year!

Posting photos is so hard!! I struggle with doing it consistently too, I feel like I go weeks with nothing and then like 5 posts in three days!😂
Your finishes are beautiful! I really like your sweater. Do you remember where you purchased it?
Thank you! I do, it's from American Eagle!
@@TheMuseumStitcherThank you!
Can you please share with me where you purchased the acrylic floss drops? Love the colors. Thank you
They're from Atom Heart Cross Stitch! Link should be in the description box of the video!
Do you have a link for the fabric and classic color works for the monthly subscription?
If you go to the Colour and Cotton website there's a tab at the top for their monthly clubs!
