I’m new so I gobble all the information, I started with floss drops but was too messy for me. I now use bobbins but I kept the cutting that I learned with the floss drop and I just wrap each Bobbin with individual lenghths.

Fantastic haul, by the way…my favorites were the half price Gentle Arts flosses and the Grandpa’s Shop Rag fabric. I’m currently working on Turkey Day by Cottage Garden Samplings…I’ve been monogamously stitching on 4 different projects for the last several weeks, finishing one at a time, before I start a new project (Dark Golden Delicious by the Artsy Housewife) and this my final piece to complete! I love your mathematical intro and the graphs of all the months ❤ I am trying to count all my stitches this year and it really brings so much extra dopamine just adding numbers every evening. Though I m stitching much less than you, only about 12k in a good month 😂 Bingo didn’t work for me either, but in another group I found smth like a game where they give you 10 prompts each month and you stitch 500-1000 on corresponding projects or double on anything else you want. I was keeping up with it and it really pushes me to choose some older projects that I haven’t even thought about Can’t wait to see your end of the year parade, I bet it will be impressive ❤

I've been doing paper drops diy and I've really liked it! I love how light it is and that the thin paper keeps the rings pretty well packed. I usually just leave my extra floss hanging and have a plan to diy a little case so I can hang the ones I'm not currently using. The one issue I have faced is that paper is that when I snap a thread out of the bunch, if it's a colour I'm really going at the paper can weaken and break. I've avoided using chips because I like being able to snip off a tiny bit of one colour if I need just a few more stitches, and unwinding and rewinding would drive me bananas 😂 but this may solve that issue! I probably won't put them in boxes (maybe, the rules done exist, I can change my mind!) I also cut my floss the same way you do! I like my floss to sit the same way too and my boyfriend laughs at how particular I can get about things being in order and uniform

🎉 Just caught up with your updates. Amazing work and it sounds like you have found a system that works well for you. You have some wonderful projects, I was busy making a list of my favorites! It would be wonderful if you could do a video tutorial for you stitching bags but, I understand that's asking a lot! I particularly like the size and extra fabric piece on the front on the bottom of the vinyl window.🙂 Maybe I'll try to figure measurements out myself since I know the technical parts of the bags. Keep up the inspiring work!!!

Brijin , you are all into the numbers, and I can see why in some regards. I just hope that you don’t get too reliant on those numbers. This is, after all, your hobby and I love to see the enthusiasm you and “the girlies” show about your stitches. It is that enthusiasm that brought me back to stitching after a long time away. 😊 That being said, July for me is a knitting month - two sock KALs and a shawl MKAL. I am not sure what I will do for the Olympics, but I think it will be something stitchy or maybe some of each. You are making great progress on your stitches and they look beautiful! 😍
