No better way to spend my morning coffee time than watching this epic episode!! Thanks so much for sharing ladies! It was an inspiring tour - it's making me think I should pull out all my own tips and see what I've forgotten about and how many there are. I can pretty much guarantee that over 60% of them are charts I bought through Evertote and almost everything I have is stitched on Roxy Floss Co linen with Keri's floss. Love you guys!!! 💜
Love the idea of producing a journal/memory book with the WIPs that you are not continuing with Caroline - it will be a focus for wonderful memories. Good decision 😊
Thanks for this fun (and large) WIP parade. You were great company as I stitched this evening! Caroline - Glad you aren't going to cut up the pieces with the lost floss yet. If the floss doesn't turn up, have a look at the pattern and consider changing the colors for each quadrant / section...OR figure out if you can salvage enough of the finished portion for a needle book, or the center panel for a project bag. It's too pretty to hide away in a journal.
Hi to you beautiful ladies. I got my SAL for Valentine's in February. This is my very first one and I want to say Wow!! I was not expecting anything like this. It is absolutely lovely. And by the way, I'm drinking the tea right now. It's beautiful. I love it! My favorite actually. So I look forward to February coming. Thank you thank you thank you
You two are going to leave me grumpy tomorrow or rather later today as it’s 12:55 am. I started watching, decided to stitch while you were doing this and you just keep going so must I. You both did well discarding etc but I’m leaving you now to go to sleep.
DEBORAH!!!!!!! THANK YOU that was driving me mad. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ You gave me such beautiful gifts. I could see your face, I could see your IG photos and your sweet child. And the conversations that we had. My brain just blanked completely. Thank you so much - I’m so glad that you saw - I adore that bag ❤️❤️
I would definitely stitch spring quaker if you dyed that fabric! I love Kerri!! I need her to down size my house! We could have it done in two hours!!! Lol. What fabric did you use for your peacorn?
Rather than discarding a WIP why not put it up for adoption. At my last retreat we had 7 or 8 projects that their owners had fallen out of love with so they were put up for adoption through a silent auction. The money raised went to charity. What was provided was the chart, the project and the floss. All projects were re-homed, money was raised for the retreat charity and the past owners were freed of a WIP they no longer wanted. Win,Win,Win!
One of Kerri’s WIPs is being donated as a gift away through this video and the silk floss from one of mine is being put up for auction tomorrow. I wish to keep my other projects and reuse some of those charts. Great idea to auction them off - thank you 😊
The minute I saw the title I wanted to click - sadly work get will get in the way. I was almost disappointed its only 3 hours - please tell me theres an extended edition somewhere like all the good movies 😃
The lady's name was Lisa Roswell. She died in 2011 in Ohio. I hope that will help you
Thank you so much! Yes - now I remember her name. She was the designer of the Primitive Needle.
@evertote Yes that's the name of the company she had. You're very welcome.
