I got a bad case of radial nerve palsy 10 weeks ago, and with a few occupational therapy appointments, I have almost completely recovered. Just working on my wrist strength now.
Top!
do you have a video that shows the landmark for radial nerve hydrodissection?
So amazing!! Love regenerative medicine!
This Regenerative Medicine nonsurgical treatment for wrist drop, foot drop, weakness and other neuropathy conditions is very exciting! I think we offer the best neuropathy treatment in Estero and the Fort Myers/Bonita Area, this is a great alternative to surgery and pain management to nerve injury. integrativerehabmedicine.com/conditions-neuropathy

Hello I need to dinamic drop wrist and finger . Do you have?
This facility available in India
Thank you for this video. Is this procedure described in any medical literature? What adverse or side effects might be enountered?
I have radial nerve palsy from and humerus fracture 21 weeks ago. Just starting to be able to extend my wrist but without any strength yet.
In my experience, nerve hydrodissection with either dextrose of PRP is an effective treatment for wrist drop from radial nerve palsy or other nerve entrapment syndromes (foot drop from fibular neuropathy, carpal tunnel syndrome, ulnar neuropathy, other..). Typically there are no real side effects when done by an experienced physician under ultrasound guidance. You may have some post procedure soreness and bruising, but other than that it is very safe. I have seen functional improvement in patients who had nerve injuries that were several years old. You may be a good candidate. There are a few case reports on radial nerve palsy treatment with nerve hydrodissection in the medical literature, www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5999508/
Is it work after 2 years of nerve injury
I'm grateful for the video explanation. I've been living with this radial nerve injury for nine years, and its cause remains unknown. My primary question is whether the injection treatment is a lifelong or there's a possibility of needing to undergo the procedure again?
Nerve hydrodissection is an effective treatment for radial nerve injury or other nerve injuries and provides long term results. It may take several treatments to release the nerve and it may take the use of PRP to stimulate nerve regeneration, but once the healing is done, the nerve should stay healthy long term (unless injured again). integrativerehabmedicine.com/fort-myers-naples-cape-coral-fl-nerve-block-injections
