- This week we install the ClariSea Gen2 SK-5000 to seriously upgrade our sump. We assemble the ClariSea, remove sump baffles, replumb our pipes and replace our return pump for a huge sump upgrade! We hope you enjoy the episode!

Huge difference in the noise in your living space; winning!
Have heard Julian Sprung advocating its likely to be more beneficial to provide low turnover (2-3 x per hour max), explaining that staff who suggest 10x LPH (etc) have simply extended old school freshwater methodologies - not to be confused with recommending high in-tank circulation (wavemakers etc).

I dont think there is a big benefit cycling the water thru the sump so often, more wave pumps are the way to go. Reefzilla is looking gorgeous!!

Won’t the metal clip at 7:55 leach metal into the water?
We’re about to replace them, they were all we could find at the time the original pump was installed 😊
