I got result after doing this.... I started on june 10 and my hip size was 37.5 now it reduced in to 34.5... Honestly i didn't take any diet and yes it worked....

I completed 3 days challenge and I can see changes in my hips and I did abs challenge as well and face challenge all works ❤ I am glad to see the results fast and yes I was on diet to and I will be continuing this exercise till I reach my goal. My actual weight is 104 kgs I reduced 2 kgs till now.

Day 01:✅👍 18 February 2023 ~so it was not difficult at all I did it really easily and actually I felt the felt the burn in my hips so I think it is gonna work I really have high hopes from this let's pray for the best ✨🤍 update no. 2 for day 1 ~it was easy so I repeated the whole workout again which means I did it 2 times a day it was difficult than before~
Day 02:✅👍 19 February 2023 ~guys I actually did twice and I don't know why it is becoming difficult day by day,felt like burning those hips fat and still hoping for the best~

Guys workout person to person vary krta h ..koi 3 days k andr 2 inch lose krta h to kisko kuch difference nhi dikhata.....but we should always follow a good diet as welll .....nd workout krte rhna chaiye .... Hmare body ko useful hone me time lgta h ...so do workout daily ...nd never give up ....3 din me nhi to koi nhi 3 week shi ...but kro ..khudke liye ...to build stamina ...nd to have a healthy life
