    Guys.. this is not a joke .. I had thunder thighs since my childhood and I never loose inches over my thighs.. other parts were seemed to be dropping.. but thighs..? Never... I tried this workout just for 3 days and lost 2.3 inches in 3 days... Going to continue with this challenge... Thanks a lot ma'am ❤

    This video is amazing I was always insecure about my legs and would never be able to put swimsuit u did this workout for a week and got amazing results I wasn’t on I diet I was just drinking plenty of water

    OMS IT DOES REALLY WORK😭
    I DID THIS WORKOUT ONCE, AND AFTER THREE DAYS I SOMEHOW GAINED SOME MUSCLE ON MY LEGS. SADLY I LOST THE MUSCLE BECAUSE I WASN'T CONSISTENT, BUT GUYS IT REALLY WORKS. THANK YOU SO MUCH 😭❤️❤️❤️❤️

    Left leg (U)- 22 1/2
    Right leg (U)- 23
    Caves (R) -12.2

    AFTER-
    left leg - 22
    Right leg- 22 1/2
    Caves L-12.2
    Caves R- 11.8
    But I am not sure of my measurements

    I so want to take up the challenge. I have inner thighs touching which is so annoying to walk.
    But I am scared thinking of muscle soreness. I have a lot to handle at home and don't want to be immobile. Had bad experiences in the past.

      soreness is very common in case of legs workout or arms . i sore daily .. you will get use to of it :) no pain no gain

    Second exercise was squats it hurts alot just for two days but we can get an amazing result

      It's not like good thing always hurt 😂😂😂 You just have DOMS The pain will slowly go in 7-10 days .Later you will have little soreness after workout

    I just started today
    Start-thighs: 21.2 inches
    Day1: i had another workout yesterday so my legs were paining but go through felt good after the workout

    I have been doing this since 3 Days {I did it once on first day & second but did it twice on Third day = 4 Times}
    I lost only 2-3 cm! Actually I ate some junk foods so I'm not surprised
    I will do this right now for straight 5 times!! I have the event tomorrow due to which I'm doing this..Now I have hardly time left so yeah let's kill this!!
    And yes if you are doing this for first time then never do it 5 times coz it can literally hurt your legs or nearly you'll feel like dead even if you do it twice on first day! So 5 time is like NO!!! But this exercise no more gives me pain as I have did it for so many times so I'll do it 5 times

    I have been doing this exercise for 4 days and it really worked. I lost more likely 2.5 inch. But I have a question,is there any alternative way of the skater lunges? its way too hard for me

    I noticed that you have measured from upper and after 3 days you measured from Little lower thats why it's showing 3 inches less🙂
    By the way excercise were good and it will work for sure😊

      I lost almost 1 inch from my lower belly.
      I lost half inch from my waist but didn't lose inches from hips and legs.

    Today is my first day I feel really burn in my outer thigh .it's is amazing after three days I will share my results.❤🎉
    Motivation: No pain No Gain
    It's is very easy exercise.
    And yes sweating is amazing after this .❤😊
