Guys.. this is not a joke .. I had thunder thighs since my childhood and I never loose inches over my thighs.. other parts were seemed to be dropping.. but thighs..? Never... I so want to take up the challenge. I have inner thighs touching which is so annoying to walk.
But I am scared thinking of muscle soreness. I have a lot to handle at home and don't want to be immobile. Had bad experiences in the past.
soreness is very common in case of legs workout or arms . i sore daily .. you will get use to of it :) no pain no gain

Day 1 I don't know why but it was hard for me to complete the entire exercise so took little breaks in between to catch my breath
After 3 days half an inch got reduced. I have been on a proper diet since last month. The result may vary person to person it seems. Something is better than nothing 🙂

It didn't work for me. I completed this workout for 6 days and also took care of my diet.

It's not like good thing always hurt 😂😂😂 You just have DOMS The pain will slowly go in 7-10 days .Later you will have little soreness after workout

I have been doing this since 3 Days {I did it once on first day & second but did it twice on Third day = 4 Times}
I lost only 2-3 cm! Actually I ate some junk foods so I'm not surprised
I will do this right now for straight 5 times!! I have the event tomorrow due to which I'm doing this..Now I have hardly time left so yeah let's kill this!!
And yes if you are doing this for first time then never do it 5 times coz it can literally hurt your legs or nearly you'll feel like dead even if you do it twice on first day! So 5 time is like NO!!! But this exercise no more gives me pain as I have did it for so many times so I'll do it 5 times

I have been doing this exercise for 4 days and it really worked. I lost more likely 2.5 inch. But I have a question,is there any alternative way of the skater lunges? its way too hard for me
Do slowly skater lunges are very effective
I noticed that you have measured from upper and after 3 days you measured from Little lower thats why it's showing 3 inches less🙂
