    i would not comment so easily under any videos but not commenting here would do me no justice. i find this chest workout so effective and ive been doing this for 2 weeks now and i can see a vast difference , now i look good in the dresses which made me look fat ... so many complimented about my change too.. definitely try this

    Yes it works, I tried a lot of exercise for breast
    This exercise is super easy, I did for 6 days and I already can feel the changes

    This is really good short and sweat and effective ,I'm doing this for one week (2 sets ) everyday. I can feel the tension in chest muscles, and going to continue for months for better result ... must try it..
