I cut a square out that plastic covering over the rear strut mounts to make it easy to access. Too much of a pain to remove all the real interior stuff. lol. I love my Slowlara he's a good boy.
Silver Solara looks good. Love the black interior. Manual transmission hard to find. Mine is 2002 SLE V6. Black. Settled for dark gray interior. They said black was a special order. I turn down offers all the time. 153K original miles. Best car I ever owned. 3rd Toyota. Maybe my last car. (I'm old).😃😃

Will you be taking the whole front windshield off to work on it? I dont have much room to work with in my apartment's parking lot so im just curious on what steps i could take

It sounds good I have a 99 solara and I did a lot of work to it I have it 10 years I have other cars but I drive that one daily it's pearl white it's really sick I did a lot of work to it it's got a cold air intake in tune and magnaflow exhaust and on this about getting ready to put coilovers in I bought real expensive ones I didn't put them in yet but it will make it stiffer ride but I have the five speed v6 so I'm pushing with my tune in my exhaust 330 horse and 260 in torque they're very strong engines you can't kill them as long as you take care of them I run Royal purple oil it keeps the engine a lot cooler the fuel injection is Royal purple to fill their everything's Royal purple it's expensive you could go with any kind you want but that's what I do the interior was beige I changed everything I took all the panels out and I sprayed him the whole inside of the car is black and red the liners black the rugs are black all the door panels in the back are black and red the dashboards black and red I sprayed everything myself it's really cool it's pearl white black rims and the red the rotors are red and I have a carbon fiber wing in the back and I have all ground effects going around it it's really cool I see that you live in New Jersey I says I'm in New Jersey too maybe we can meet and I could show you my car

How is this exhaust holding up !? I recently bought the DNA catback for my 2003 Toyota Solara SLE V6 3.0 1mzfe . Initially It sounded pretty good , after about a month or 2 I started getting this horn like noise literally like I had a midget in the trunk playing a trumpet only when I would be lightly on the pedal.. speed doesn’t matter cruising through the city or on the highway I get the same thing after about 15 mins of driving … so I looked inside the muffler and I see a small portion of the honeycomb like material is now missing .. I had taken my Lara to my mechanic and the noise isn’t coming from anywhere else sooooo I’m thinking if I buy this have my muffler cut off and this welded on it may correct my issue …… but some of the reviews on Amazon say people have got some squeaks etc from the muffler u have linked …. What is your opinion? How is it holding up? Have u noticed any funny noise ???
So far so good. No funny noise. Only put about 3500 miles on it. It is a cheap muffler. I'm hoping it'll last but not sure if it will. When I got my Lara it didn't have a muffler so I put this one on. I took a chance and its been good so far. Lol on the midget playing a trumpet in the trunk. Thats funny

BTW you can cut that plastic to get to struts there's one wire on left to watch out for. Then when you tilt seats back up it will cover the holes.
