      More organized you are, the better you will sleep. I had really bad sleep in 2013-14 and then I joined gym. people think I go gym for bodybuilding. However, it helps me to stay organized and I also drink more water during workouts which I usually forget without that as a researcher.

    I got same issue back in 2020
    Tips -
    1. Get more physical ( Not mental) activity during the day.
    2. Avoid thinking anything and things which requires lot if brain power 3 hours before sleep.
    3. Eat bananas everyday ( they contain melatonin)
    4. Milk 1/2 hr before bed. (They contain melatonin and heals the body)
    5. Avoid sugar all day. (It contains glucose which keeps u awake)
    6. Think "less" .. Imagine "more".
    7. Your brain cannot focus and critically think more than 3/4 hours in a day. Therefore prioritise things.
    8. Read Theory but not maths during night since tired brain makes u sleep faster.
    9. If u can afford .. maintain Chill temperature in room and keep room dark.
    10. Use Red light in room 5/10 minutes which makes u sleep faster.
    11. Listen to a soothing song or Rain sounds before sleeping.

    1:43 We don't need 8-9 Hours of Sleep. Time and quality matters the most. Best time to sleep is around 9-10 PM and Make sure you haven't drink much water or haven't had much food which disturbs your sleep. Your sleep should sound, with great environment, low temperature and a good bed. What you are consuming at night also affects your sleep quality. What you do in your day also affects sleep quality. Body needs exposure in day-time to realise to sleeo at night. Smartphones affect, so avoid smartphones at night, consuming too much coffee or caffeinated substance at day can affect, also stress level, too much energy at night and not having proper habits affect your night buddy.
    You should wake up atleast at 5-6 AM. Because, body Will tell you the benefits not me.
    +I won't saysleep will affect your health, but i should say irregular sleep will affect your thoughts.

    As doctor ,I would say all the facts that you mentioned are accurate and sleep is actually the best medicine followed by healthy balanced diet. Hopefully we as nation can improve on our sleep and this will combat most of the lifestyle disorders that we are facing as Indians.

    I think 7 hours sleep in night from 10-5 and 15-20 min nap in evening is best which gives power and efficiency throughout day and for that you have to do regular exercise its help me lot

    Advance Yogi, Yog Nidra ka abhyas karte hai. Isliye vo 2 - 3 hr continuous deep sleep me hote hai, jo body ke liye sufficient hai unke liye.
    Ye mene bhi feel kiya hai daily meditation se sleep quality improve hoti hai, same amount of sleep mein bhi, pehle se kaafi energy aa jati hai.
