real problem is fmnsts attacking them constantly, society creating worse living conditions for young men, laws targeting them, gender quotas worsening entry job situations for them......which overall creates worse lives for most young men and turn them bitter towards society. It's just easier to put entire blame on a boogeyman like social media calling it 'distraction'...since it's easier to do so.
The problem with modern day males especially those who are in the age of 15 to 35 years is that they have a weak and distracted mindset as well as some bad habits that are reducing the testosterone levels.
My cousins who are older than 20-30 years from me, said they would play entire day non stop for entire summer heat... the current generation carries bottle of water, cap, and stops playing in next 1 hour because of tiredness.... This is also because of the food being genetically modified food....
So does carrying a bottle of water reduce your testosterone ? also Kids stop playing after 1 hr not because they are tired but because they have 2 different tuition classes to attend and they cant afford to miss them

Just to add on the hair loss thing. If you live in a metro city where your home has treated water (which is good), you likely have low hair density due to alum & chlorine present in your tap water. I know it because I tried my best get rid of packaged foods, I tried to find more and more organic raw material for my food, but it didn't help much with my hair density. Using drinking water washing my hair, helped a lot.
1. Obesity. 2. Sugar. 3. Alcohol. 4. Laws which are antithesis to male growth. 5. Porn. 6. More laws overcompensating women which instill fear of relationships. 7. No relationship, no responsibility. 8. No responsibility means no men being created.
There was a time when women were not even seen as humans. Do not five excuse of laws. Most so called fake cases are just unsolved cases and divorce rate is Still 1%. Majority of divorce in India is filed by men. Laws are just on paper and are barely practiced
I've been doing night shift for last 10 years. I haven't seen the face of sun for a long time. I live in Delhi. This metropolitan capital city is so conjusted and over populated. There is no sunlight comes in my apartment. Nobody goes to terrace to take a sun bath during winter. Nobody talks to each other in my neighbourhood. Nobody helps each other. Most people are selfish and self-centered and careless about others. No greenaries are there in my surroundings. Most of my friends order foods through Swiggy and Zomato or dine out at a restaurant. They drink and smoke a lot and go to night clubs on every weekend. Few of them are extremely alcoholic and chainsmokers too. Even I'm also becoming like them. I belong to a family who are hardcore non vegetarian and most of my friends are like that. Late night party, street foods, loud music, movie night in multiplex, booze, puff, online delivery, junc foods, use cab or metro for transportation and less walk, streaming on OTT platforms, go to bed in early morning and wake up in the afternoon, use mobile and social medias a lot. Facing hair loss and struggling with joint pains. So this is my lifestyle. I reckon I'm dying deliberately.
Bruh I can recommend you a lot of podcasts from best of the best doctors and scientists in the world. All of them mention the same thing people with irregular sleep cycles and who don't rise and sleep according to the sun will die an earlier death. Or will die 10 years earlier on an average. This is not scare you but bro this shit life style is not worth it at all. Get out of it. Fix your life one by one. Stop consuming sugars or high processed foods. Move to a more fiber rich diet. Fiber feeds the gut biome. Consume more protein. If you consume alcohol then you're only harming your body even further slowly try to get rid of it .... easier said than done ik.
Lol i came back from Delhi in 2017, didnt enjoy the lifestyle... here i am earning less . But have a normal routine. Btw i live in Darjeeling district.

The major reason of the declining sperm count in male is inadequate excercise, lack of nutritious food, lack of awareness about sexual education. I think this is not only limites to men women are also facing such problems.i think india is now just started the concept of health and fitness but for a big time there was 0 concept of health maintainence even indian diet for a long time and even now is nuts. I think people need awareness about these things!
Because times have changed. Earlier people had to wake up early in the morning and had to travel far to collect food and firewood. The provision of house maid was non-prevalent so people did laborious stuff themselves. Today its more about waking up early and traveling in AC vehicles to confined office jobs or school/colleges. Academic pressure and the craze to get into top tier "white collar" elite jobs has exponentially increased. Wonder what will happen to our bodies and minds 50 years from now..!!

The expenses are almost same making ireland 400 times BETTER financially country. And dont get me started on here how healthy people are here.
It's extremely sad and opposite to my personal experience. I've been to multiple countries became addicted to adrenaline rush from mountain climbing so I choose to practice and learn a lot of outdoor sports in my early 20's, at the age of 65 I'm still an active swimmer and still loves my late uncle's akhada he's a well known ustaad in Mumbai, I lot has changed there are numerous Gymnastic Clubs in India that offers rock climbing, rope climbing, jujitsu etc, they were totally absent in my younger days in India, now their immense presence shows to me that a lot of teens/youngster are intrested in these activities. What I've observed is that more and more young people are joining the fitness club I go to, Gym's are over-crowded, Yoga classes at every other corner, may be it's due rapid availability of desk jobs and on the top of that Work from Home jobs are under huge demand, you can even see youngster gyming and swimming in late afternoon. Contrary to your presented views every other day media outlests post various articles on huge surge of active lifestyle among Indians.

Testosterone levels in men can decline for various reasons, including age, lifestyle factors, and health conditions. As men age, typically after the age of 30, there is a gradual decline in testosterone production. This natural process, known as andropause, contributes to lower testosterone levels and may result in symptoms like reduced energy, diminished libido, and mood changes. Unhealthy lifestyle choices such as poor diet, lack of exercise, excessive alcohol consumption, and smoking can also accelerate testosterone decline. Additionally, certain medical conditions like obesity, diabetes, and chronic stress can negatively impact testosterone production. Environmental factors, such as exposure to endocrine-disrupting chemicals, can further contribute to hormonal imbalances. Furthermore, inadequate sleep and insufficient vitamin D levels have been linked to lower testosterone levels. While age-related decline is inevitable, adopting a healthy lifestyle through regular exercise, a balanced diet, and stress management can help mitigate the decrease in testosterone levels. Medical interventions, such as hormone replacement therapy, may be considered in cases of severe deficiency, but they come with potential risks and should be carefully monitored.

"Problem is not with Modern Male But with their weak distracted mind and Habits"
real problem is fmnsts attacking them constantly, society creating worse living conditions for young men, laws targeting them, gender quotas worsening entry job situations for them......which overall creates worse lives for most young men and turn them bitter towards society.
It's just easier to put entire blame on a boogeyman like social media calling it 'distraction'...since it's easier to do so.
True. On point.
PMO right ?
The problem with modern day males especially those who are in the age of 15 to 35 years is that they have a weak and distracted mindset as well as some bad habits that are reducing the testosterone levels.
Nice topic to choose
That's something everyone should be aware about❤❤
My cousins who are older than 20-30 years from me, said they would play entire day non stop for entire summer heat...
the current generation carries bottle of water, cap, and stops playing in next 1 hour because of tiredness....
This is also because of the food being genetically modified food....
🤓👆
Exactly ... I'm also 45 years old and we used to play in high temperature, n I still remember we had never felt tired
@@mousumichowdhury2450 mene dekha 30 saal k baad log simple kapde pahna start kar dete because of age shaming 😂

But the best part is, you realise all of it and therefore by taking small steps, you can start changing these things. One step at a time ❤️
Bruh I can recommend you a lot of podcasts from best of the best doctors and scientists in the world.

Just a reminder that behavioural masculinity or femininity isnt really effected by Testosterone.

Only main problem is salary....if the salaries are good in india, then no tention, no stress and no anxiety

Bro can we talk?
