    I have been doing yoga for about a year but i have never been to a studio. All my progress has been from yoga videos. After watching A LOT of people's videos I can honestly say you are my favorite!! You have a beautiful calm energy and your practice is always super rewarding.

      SarahBethYoga I agree completly. I can do the entire sequence without being distracted (and annoyed) by watching the screen and thinking "what I have to do now?!". Your voice is calming and every move is well explained. I also love that you insert a final relaxation in almost every sequence. Good job thank you.

    i really liked this video, i think i will book mark it and come back to it again, really enjoyable!
    I've been doing yoga on and off for about a year now and the past few months i've been doing it every day. Its even put a positive spin on my eating habits and train of thought! i really love it!
    i hope in years to come i can become someone who can share my practice with a group of people too! =]

    Loved this video! Was super exhausted today after work and my stomach has been disagreeing with me for a couple days now (it's that time as well), but I wanted to get in some kind of practice before dinner.     No, the funny thing is I was just about to go to bed, I've last eaten hours before; and decided to do some yoga in order to relax before bed and this caught me by surprise :) But it showed me that the video indeed does what you promised it would :)

    This is my second time through this one. Before my first try, I watched it without following to improve my mental image of the postures and transitions. I agree completely with the commenters who point out that your instructions are perfect and allow me to do the whole thing with my eyes almost always closed (challenging especially in warrior 3 and the transition to eagle!), increasing concentration on the body. Your voice is pleasantly calm and firm, helping me throughout. Thank you!

    I thought it’s only 20 mins, so I decided to do this after having done one of your morning yoga for wake up and stretch out which I thought was tougher than I could cope this morning. But this detox video was fast moving and some of the poses which require balance accompanied with the flow was definitely challenging. I will need to try this again as I agree with the comments that it’s a good sequence! Thanks.

    I've tried a number of youtube yoga videos but was never fully satisfied. I've been trying out your videos all week and am so glad to have finally found a wonderful instructor whose videos I thoroughly enjoy. This one may be my favorite yet. I wasn't flexible enough to fully reach every pose, but that just means I have something to work toward! Thank you!

    Hello Emmanuel, my personal practice differs wildly from: remedies (I have a mild scoliosis, Ulcerative Colitis and occasional neck tension/headaches) to stress relief, to maintaining a strong & flexible body, to connecting with my inner self, practicing presence, santosha, gratitude and deepening a meditation practice. :)

    Great question! I actually switch to Ujjayi during the flow and back to belly breath during the grounding poses (beginning and end)

    Hi Jillian, I definitely recommend checking with a specialist/doctor before you try any yoga for back pain programs. Once you're all clear: I do have a "Yoga for Low Back Pain" video on my channel that is very gentle and restorative that you could try a couple times a week. I also have a "Daily Yoga Superstetch for Low Back and Hips" that is meant to be done daily to balance out imbalances and strengthen weaknesses that are commonly associated with back pain. I'm glad you're enjoying my channel!

    I really love this video! I've added it to my routine since you posted it and if my body is very achey prior to, which it often is:(, I am soo noticeably loose afterwards and awake again, ready to go tackle whatever project I just put off! Thank you!

    Holy CROW!!!! I just did my first EVER side crow during this video and was able to hold it for three whole breaths!!! usually I just fall on the side of my face when trying that pose ;-) thanks for the inspiration and the great flow, I had all but given up on that one...

    I love love love this! I recently found you on UA-cam, and I've been enjoying doing your routines daily. Your cues and instruction are so good, I find that I don't have to keep looking up at the screen to make sure I'm doing things correctly. I can just focus on my breath and my movement. Can't wait for more detox and digestion flows!

    I'm glad you enjoyed the sequence Sebrina, at 6 months pregnant make sure you avoid the twists, inversion, and core work.
