Burpee pull ups are the goat of finishers for me.

Been looking for cardio to add to my weight training, this has been the most interesting by far (I hate running) thanks Brian!
I tried quite a few conditioning trainings, once was in a great gym that also had a masive martial arts floor for public acces, and i did my old martial arts falls/rolls, that sure got my cardio going like nothing else, picking up your own BW time and time again.
