It’s amazing how much progress you’ve made. Awesome to be along for the ride. Started the 3rd wave of RPM this week and it’s insane how much more explosive and efficient I am
Hi Brian, great to see you’re doing well!! I just wanted to let you know that I’m starting week 11 of EDC and it’s awesome!!! Later I’ll start the mass building program and, now that I know it, I’ll buy the conjugate for sure!!! Thank you for everything!!!
Awesome training bro, always enjoy the strongman content & down to earth vibe, looking strong considering the shoulder, injury all the best for comps again in the near future...best regards from a Kiwi in Aussie.
Brian amazing strength man, keep up the great work. I need to send you an email: I want to go back to powerlifting and compete again it’s been 9 years since my last competition in which l had to stop because of a severe illness that could have killed me. Stay strong bro, looking forward to the advice 💪👍
Brian, you are the only person I have ever seen who sweats about as much as I do. How do you deal with it? Between it getting in my eyes, making it near impossible to grip anything, turning my log book into a wet and smeared mess of paper, and being so soaked that I literally can't walk back into my house without making a huge mess, it is just a big wrench in my workouts. Short sleeves, long sleeves, shorts, pants, ,sweat bands, head bands, even leather gloves and shoes: I've sweat through them all. Please help a damp brother out!
Try front squats with you Duffalo bar. It will blow your mind! If you're having difficulty overhead pressing, try using a rackable trap bar. I've been using my Eleiko Oppen trap bar for OHP and it feels A LOT better on my achy shoulder.
I have a question for Brian or the NeverSate nation. Before Christmas i got a bone infection that has had me bedridden since then. Once I am able to start training again ( I currently still can’t walk or stand for very long so it will still be a little minute before I can) will I be able to to get back to close to my PR’s quickly or am I just starting over completely from scratch?
Bro, It is so cool to see you get back on to 700 lbs.
I miss the videos of Uncle Nic and the crew training at NeverSate
The entire crew had to get adult jobs so everyone lifts at different times now. Such is life unfortunately.
Adulting sucks!!! I saw Miles Taylor still working hard!👏👏👏
You made 700 lbs look fairly easy, you held it there like a boss. Great to see your numbers growing again, looking strong!
Training looking solid! Exciting to hear you're considering competing again, that's awesome man!
Appreciate all you do, Brian. Currently your RPM program is kicking my butt, but I love it.

Best of luck in everything you do! I’ve battled shoulder issues for years and I keep pushing through it. My heart goes out to you!!
Absolutely awesome to see you sticking with it and reaching your goals.

You did three out of four of the events for a contest hosted by a friend of yours in October. Curious.
