    Run a trail ultra a week and a half ago, been using this for recovery. Great stuff.

    Really enjoyed this. I am a runner and suffer from runners knee. So doing these poses before or after my run really helps with that.

      Thanks for watching and so glad you enjoyed it 😊 I run also, and know that keeping mobility is so needed, while taking care of joints and being extra mindful of the issues that come up, like runners knee. Keep practicing, checking back for new videos, and keep the feedback and comments coming so I know what you want more of.
