Great video, did the same with an old iPad…all you need is web browsing and your set, sim hub is fantastic. I was amazed at how simple it all is. I used an old table clamp iPad mount with flexi arm…no good for going behind the wheel but perfect as a side screen next to it👍
As much as Sim Hub does it’s pretty simple to get it do what you want without to much messing about, which is handy for me! I do have an old iPad but it was a bit to big to be used as a sim dash but perfect for how you have got it setup to one side.
@@JB-ol3xo there is a little backend work to do mate just to get it run automatically. First off make sure SimHub is set to run on Windows startup and then titles you want to use the dash with are setup to run automatically as well, SimHub will hold your hand through that phase. Then as long as the app is installed on the tablet and it’s configured to use your Wi-Fi network you are good to go and it should just be race ready when ever you start your chosen sim title. It’s a lot easier in practice than in theory as SimHub will simply explain things as you go along mate.
Thanks for the Video. Insired me to build my own for my Moza R12. Do you know the Mods from Tommy78? He has a lot of Classic Tin Tops in his Store but i dont know if they are good. Maybe this could be some stuff for a Review Video.
Nice one mate and funny enough I recently came across his website and have been thinking about trying out some of his mods, not quite had the time but it’s on my todo list.
It a massive cloth banner picturing every BTCC championship winning car from 1958 through to 2022 ! It was on odd find on eBay while I was looking for a model BTCC car and I took a punt a put a cheeky bid in and ended up winning it. Trouble is i had no idea it was this big so finding some where to hang it was fun !

I’ve yet to get a rig going. But I’m bound to use an old iPad I have lying around for this now. Thanks for the tip.
That’s even better mate as the iPad is a better tablet and will run SimHub very nicely.
I use an old Kindle as a 4th monitor for Simhub
And use the Lovely dash with the track map
Now I happen to know where an old Kindle is knocking about, I wonder 🤔
So everything will just be recognized when you launch a game? Nothing else required after that to make the tablet work as a dash? A
