I have the SRA 10.5 and it is perfect for my needs, can't tell the difference from 3D Printing to high end cases when racing at night time so I couldn't be any happier with it.
the only thing that would improve it for me would be USB-C just for the physical connector convenience (sorry if that's mentioned in the video, haven't watched it yet!)
The Ascher Racing Dash is just as great as described and the touchscreen makes changing screens quick and easy if you don't have the buttons to map to it.
I've got the Sim Racing Addict dash. Great value for money with a really nice screen, switch, adjustable magnet mounting and loads of LEDs. I would choose it again.
Simdash is the best ... using the 6.8" version and i love it ... yes it has a price attached to it but it's all because of you constantino 😂 one day i opened up youtube as usual and fell on your video just like that it was in my face so i clicked on it and watched it the video was about a ddu and titled this is not a ddu unboxing and i was so amazed by this device that i even asked you a link to grab one asap it didn't take very long before you answer me with the infos that i needed and i do appreciate a lot ...all i can say is this ddu is so beautiful on the rig i would'nt even imagine not having it thank you so much for you videos i almost watch them all 👍👍 good work and sorry for my poor english 😅
I purchased an Ascher Racing 5" dash 2 months ago along with the McLaren Artura (without display). The dash worked amazingly for 3 weeks, then would only partially connect with LEDs working, no screen. The screen would intermittently come on and stay on, but when I restarted it next time it would partially connect again. Went through every imaginable fault finding step, multiple cables, different PCs, powered hubs, direct connect, nothing worked. They sent a replacement and that was faulty out of the box with moving defect/lines on the left hand side of the screen. I didn't even try to mount that one. They've had them back over a month, chase weekly, but no response. I wouldn't personally recommend it at £406. Faults happen, but the after sales has not been good
@@LovelySimRacing Yes unfortunately in my case I tried a powered USB hub as well as direct connection on motherboard + a second PC. I'm thinking of buying the simutec SD-3 instead as aside from the switch it looks about as good as the Ascher Racing dash and I technically don't need a switch since my powered hub is individually switched and mounted to my rig anyway. I'm just waiting for my case to be resolved at Ascher first which is taking significant time
1 just got a 1080x 720 10.1 inch monitor off aliexpress and lovely xl looks perfect on it and it was criminally cheap for what I got. I have plenty of leds on my wheel but always have the option og govee light bars for led if I feel the need. It also has vesa mounts on it so was able to very cheaply mount it to the front mounts of my base.
Hello i have a simple question if with upload lovely dashboard 2.7 where are the Jason file for set up ?? Because they are in 2.6 version only they are the goog one ?, Thank a lot
Thank you for this Constantinos! Might I ask which of these are Mpro? I believe that's incredibly useful info for users as it unlocks 60fps BUT also requires more power.
I did not want to get into the specs and details. I actually tried to avoid being too detailed, as the main purpose is to demonstrate what you get at various price ranges. 60fps is good to have, but out of experience, does not really have a huge impact for telemetry.
Maybe you wanna check out any of the velocitasimperium dashes. You can build them yourself or you can get them plug‘n‘play and I think for the money and for the 3d printed pla-cf version it‘s very good. The only thing: It still has usb b but I was told they‘re changing it in the future.
It is shown in this video on the PSR GT 5.0 ddu below the leds (on the lovely dashboard) but I would like to use it on my 7 inch tablet.I am currently using the standard square leds but I have seen the sweeping rpm bar/leds used in project sim racing videos.
There is a version called Lovely Dashboard Curved, in which the RPM LEDs are replaced with this bar. Find it in the official GitHub page under releases. lsr.gg/dash
Thank you. I really like my IPAD MINI with lovely sim racing display How is the Pit Wall coming along? So as its ready for IRacing I will purchase membership
I think the video I made stands as a benchmark on pricing more than anything else. My intention was to not “review” the DDU’s but rather showcase the differences between a €160 and a €430 product. So, in that light, I’m pretty sure the Soelpec stands it ground at its price point.
Yes, but the actual result is different. I am a firm believer that, although you can get the job done with an old phone the experience you have with a dedicated DDU is better.

Exactly my comments. It is the best 3D printed dash of the lot.

Note the wheel has been perfect and faultless thankfully
My only experience similar to this, it was the USB hub that failed.

Lots of great dashboards! 🔥
Indeed!
Fantastic review dude! LOVELY camera quality too! - like what I did there..?
I do :)

You can generate a new one or update your old one using the Lovely Settings Configurator. Visit lsr.gg/config
Im contemplating whether i shouod go for 5'' or 7'' version any Thoughts?
What is your use case? I found that a 5” was great for my everyday racing use, but the 6.8” was better for showing data on camera/stream.

I'm just building ddu7 for myself based on velocitasimperium files. It will have usb c 😎

the Soelpec DDU has them all beat IMO shame you aint got 1 of them to test

Exactly, it’s positioned between the SimDash and Ascher in my list. I’m pretty sure it stands its ground.

I wouldn't trade with any of these dashboards for my Leoxz DD800 for 190 €
